Moiraine says that when she went to heal Bela she found the little horse wasn't tired, and uses this as an example of Rand channeling.

someone else already pretty much has a reddit SPA, it's called reditr.
I'm a bit loathe to promote it, given their keyword stuffing mention of RES puts them above RES in the Chrome webstore search results, but whatever, they seem like nice people and it's an interesting app.
The thing about an SPA is that the idea of subreddit CSS pretty much dies unless the SPA's markup is still consistent (and preferably matches reddit's existing markup, or all subreddit styles would need to be rewritten from scratch) ... not an easy problem to solve.
Yeah, it's practically impossible to get a PC of which no parts ever went through a Foxconn factory. The press just calls it the "iPhone factory" because that brings in more pageviews.

Freedom of religion is fine as it is and it would be incredibly stupid to take away this freedom from people.
Secular governments with as little religion as possible is good, but banning religion would be stupid, impossible and wouldn't work.

This is correct, its crazy that on one hand we want to get rid of fossil energy, on the other hand, we still subsidize it. Instead of implementing carbon taxes, why not just remove the fossil subsidies first? One hand does not know what the other is doing..
Relative subsidies to energy sources

>So I hear that macs are practically invulnerable to viruses.
Really? Mac's can get infested too. There just isn't that many viruses since not so many people use them. But that is changing. The percent of people using Mac's is increasing and so are attacks.
Anyway, to your question.
> Does bootcamping my mac make it any more vulnerable to windows-based viruses while I am on the windows partition of my mac?
When you go into bootcamp, you are vulnerable to attacks for the version of Windows you are running. Since Windows does not have native support to access the partition type that Mac uses, your Windows installation can get infected, but it's improbable that it will affect the Mac partition. Even if it could affect your Mac partition, since Windows applications can't run on Mac (at least natively), whatever is running on Windows, can't run on Mac. If whatever you do get infected with deletes files, and was able to access your Mac partition, while it can't run on Mac, it could delete your Mac files from Windows.
I haven't heard of anything like that, but it can be done.
So your Windows installation running on Bootcamp can get infected. Whatever it gets infected with, shouldn't be able to affect your Mac experience.
In the future, this could change.

I wrote Sonic 3D on the Sega Saturn and the PC (the Saturn was big endian and the PC little endian). I wrote it by automatically converting the Genesis source code (which was Big endian). When moving from memory I swapped the order of bytes on the PC, but if you are dealing with a register a union worked fine ( union {int l; short w; char b; } ) even though the order in memory was different it had no logical effects. Memory on the other hand needed to be identical since you can refer to position.w and position.l for an enemy (say you use .l for enemies that are off screen, which may have a greater range of values)., there was an instruction to swap the order of bytes that I used on the PC. The code ran fine on a Pentium 75Mhz.
I also wrote Javaground's Java to BREW converter and that had to handle big endian and little endian devices, I wanted to write a header program that would convert little endian code to big endian (it would have been cool to have a binary program run on either platform with no changes), but since there were so few big endian devices it wasn't worth the effort.

I've been back for 13 years now. Served an honorable full-time mission in Idaho. Let me say that your experience is not typical. I've heard stories like this before where mission presidents feel that they have to deprive missionaries of every single luxury in order for the to be a successful missionary. Presidents who have told their missionaries to sleep on the floor, fast every other day, and give up their preparation days, are all far too controlling. I'm all for sacrifice but that is a personal choice or a choice made within a companionship. Demanding it and sending APs to check is, in my mind, wrong. A mission presidents primary concern is the health and welfare of the missionaries. Everything else is second to that, even converting people to the church. I'm not saying that I would have done the same as you as I'm pretty sure I wouldn't (once again, individual choice, isn't choice great?) but I'm the kind of person that, if I feel something is wrong, I'll say something about it. I butted heads with DLs and ZLs on my mission because I felt they were overstepping the line. I've done the same with Bishops too. I still sustain them, but I take them to task if they say/do something I think is wrong. We don't follow blindly in the church, that was never God's plan for us. He expects us to work out our own salvation. Leaders are there to inspire and guide us - not give us rules for rules sake. Please don't think that every mission is like that, it certainly is not.

That's pretty much the best way in standard reddit, I think. You can then go to your friends preferences to check in on things.
Personally, I'd recommend some reddit-enhancing extension. The most popular is the Reddit Enhancement Suite. It even allows you to add a section to your 'dashboard' (a feature introduced in the extension) to view recent posts from friends, or 'tag' them so when you see them across Reddit, you know who they are! If you go this route, you might sub to r/enhancement which is the official subreddit of the extension. Also, this adds a ton of polish and enhancements all across Reddit, creating a much smoother, easier experience. If you install this, then take a little time to browse through its settings to customize it all.
I personally use Reditr as a Chrome extension, it works great for me. I can add a custom column to my view panels which shows posts from friends.
Other than that, I'm not sure if there's a better way. Hope that helps though!
Before I say anything else, I'm replying with that new Reditr app, so hopefully nothing goes wrong...
I wouldn't have a problem with this so long as it isn't used to lock anyone out of professions or self-study. As it is now, anybody can download free tools, look up free study guides, and bust their butt to learn. That learning, with enough time and practice, can lead to work. In a way, I'd agree that we might define "experienced developer" as somebody who has made money programming. In that case, sure, they'd be able to afford the trip. On the other hand, if employers expected that just anybody could uproot even for a day, then no employers would offer assistance with relocation. Employers absolutely do accept the excuse that a person with highly-honed skills might not have a bank account to match. We all start somewhere.
If it's offered and administered at the universities, that could be great! Even if it didn't mean much to employers, it would help students with confidence in their expertise to pass an industry-designed exam rather than only university-designed and implemented exams. You see how I flip-flop on this, from my first post above. One of the things that very first inspired me to learn to program was a fifteen year old kid I met who was self-taught and wrote DirectX game engines ground-up in his spare time. I don't want to see tools become things that people have to be licensed to access, and I don't want to see over-regulation because it would lock out people like that kid. Imagine the wasted talent!
If this were to be implemented in such a way as to ensure that doesn't happen, I'd be convinced. As an aside, you'll make a great professor if you go that route. You have the capacity to be disagreed with while holding the topic in a well-focused manner.

There's a program called JavE (http://www.jave.de/) that's basically old-school MS Paint, but for ASCII. Then, I used Reditr's (http://reditr.com/) preview box to make sure that it would post correctly. Each line is "code" formatted. It looks like nonsense on phones. However, if I had left out the Dialog Menu box part, the Reddit app seems to know how to make simple tables from ASCII. JavE also supports importing of images to convert, FIGlet fonts, and has an animation editor of sorts. It uses Java, so it should run fine on most systems.
In my experience, it's very normal. In fact, for me, I had MORE nightmares once I was with my current partner, and I think it was because I finally felt safe to actually start processing what I'd been through. Once I felt safe, I started having to deal a lot more with PTSD, stuff like that. At first it threw my partner off, but we talked about it, and once I was able to communicate that it was actually BECAUSE I felt safer, it was easier to handle. Hopefully, your bf will be able to understand that you having nightmares about the past doesn't in any way reflect how you feel about him now! It can be challenging for both of you, but the more open you can both be the better (in my experience). Best of luck to you

After a civil war almost destroyed the Circle, Stuart finds himself as one of the youngest officers in the past two centuries. He is tasked with finding out who has been murdering (seemingly random) members of the Circle. However, being an officer brings with it all of an officers responsibilities. The one he was looking forward to the least was training the new recruits.
Kalinda Vereden is one such recruit. While stronger magically than Stuart (and many of her superiors) she is considered a 'thug' - all strength and no skill. She is determined to show Stuart she can be just as good as him, and also earn a place at Gatherings.

Frogbit and duckweed tend to be fairly common. More or less, anything that is low/med light you would probably be ok with stock lighting. Right on the surface helps. You will want plants that are floaters by nature, and of those, the best for the nutrient export would be the ones that break the surface so that they have access to the atmospheric co2. As the entire plant floats, it often looks like leaves with roots. The fun part is that for most of them, that is all there is ;)

R.E.S. is good, but I'm looking for a client. Something that's a lot more clean and easier to look at than Reddit in the browser. Something like this (I found it after making this self.post).
How do you read your Reddit? Do you use the Reddit app on your phone? Or use the Reddit website on a desktop? Old Reddit or New Reddit? Or some other Reddit client/app for PC Desktop, like reditr?
Do you read only today's posts? Or do you go back and catch up on posts made several days ago to one of the weekly recurring threads and other top threads?
How do you sort your threads (Best, Top, New, Controversial, Old or Q&A)?
Do you printscreen/screen grab/screenshot? Or Save?
What can you do with 50 Reddit coins?
I found Uforio and Reditr with a Google search. Generally though the third-party Reddit client market is not nearly as saturated on desktop as it is on mobile. Maybe because most people are happy with the default. Also, for the official Reddit website there is a browser extension adding many features: RES. Lots of people are also using that, I guess.
There seems to be two big ones, aside from using RES with the stock site.
I've only used the stock client with and without RES. I use it with RES for when I'm on the desktop, as that seems to be the best experience for me, but I haven't tried the other two.
Let me know if you find a good one.
If you really want a UI like that, you could build one using the reddit API and display the data any way you want.
I have never tried it, but there is at least one desktop reddit app: http://reditr.com/
I have never tried Clears, so I cannot say how good they are. Not much in the way of stores carrying mechanical keyboards down in Miami (other than the mass market ones). We have an area by the airport where they might have them, but most of those shops are run by Brazilians and/or Koreans and they don't always have the latest kit. They are more like export shops that cater to visiting South/Central Americans and just happen to sell locally. I also do not have the same level of luxury that Linus Torvalds can afford (he didn't know which keyboard switch he would like best, so he bought three keyboards to "properly try them out.")
I was visiting California a couple of weeks ago and stopped in to look at a Fry's Electronics and I was agog as to how many mechanical keyboards they carried.
S^^~~hit~~ hoot, i was supposed to reply to u/5redrb .
Edit: I'm a F^^~~uck~~ *rick*ing idiot I was testing out Reditr and it made my comment look like it wasn't replied to u/5redrb, sorry guys
I was waiting for Voat to get an API which they might have now (/v/voatdev haven't looked deeply yet) but this can be done with an app on the mobile devices and on desktop apps like http://reditr.com/. Keep in mind that it could violate TOS of reddit. Voat too, but they're more likely to care less about it.
Since your idea is the same as mine I'll have to agree with you, this would be the easiest way. People could subscribe to subverses and subreddits at their leisure and it'd be seamless.
If it's a divide tactic why am I not going to delete or lock your post? And why wont I ban you?
The truth is, /r/the_donald is run by mods who are an absolute disgrace. Unlike /r/the_donald this place isn't a dictatorship and you can say whatever you want here. We're not going to ban you because you hurt our feelings unlike those cuck mods over at /r/the_donald
/r/the_donald has banned thousands of centipedes for personal reasons:

If you look at the evidence ^^^ and are still in denial then I can't help you. But feel free to stay and keep complaining. And remember, if this was /r/the_donald you'd be banned by now.
I'm sure some of them are nice, but the point of /r/trump_maga is to get away from the CUCKs who ban and censor people for no reason
/r/the_donald bans you for even disagreeing with someone

Its a disgrace. It shouldn't be all about the mods, it should be all about trump.
If there's a decently large number of people that want messages sent, I recommend Reditr which allows mass-sending messages. Otherwise you're going to be opening up a decent amount of tabs to send messages. :P Just keep the list of participants somewhere easily accessible to you without the /u/ and separated without commas. :) Like how I have for my Gintama watch
I've asked this before and got crickets...
I use the Reditr client. Despite it's bugs and flaws, I like it because of it's "live" feeds and the way(s) it presents subreddits. When I go to a sub, I don't just get a list of submissions that I click on if the title interests me, I get everything as I scroll down the page, complete with the two top responses. When I go to r/documentaries for example, I scroll down the sub and see a series of mostly YouTube videos, ready to play, and a few comments. My sidebar is a "live" feed of mouseovers activated just by scrolling through it. I know that articles are re-routed, to strip them of all but the thumbnail pic, but I can't think of the name of the service that does it (it shows up at the bottom of some articles).
When I come to r/conspiracy, I flip through the Top, Hot and New queues looking for interesting articles. If I make the mistake of then going to my Main Page while still viewing the New queue, however, I see all sorts of things I wouldn't see otherwise, like dick pic's coming from r/gonewild, for example. Just subscribing to r/WTF can be dangerous, New queue or not. Wouldn't this mean that reddit's tracking is picking up my Reditr client just doing it's thing, rather than, or as well as, the places I actually go?
Its reditr, i use the chrome extension, seems to work fine for me and makes reddit about 10x better.
edit: My front page of reddit
I'd like to add that anyone using Chrome can always use Reditr for help with notifications and managing multiple accounts. It even gives a preview off to the right so you know if you put the /u/ in right or any other coding info. It's pretty fantastic actually.
It isn't a store app but Reditr is a great Reddit client which supports Windows (and other platforms). It is available as either a Chrome Extension/App or a full Desktop application.
Check it out! http://reditr.com/
I'm confused. Is this a feature request for RES, for your personal benefit? It sounds like you're trying to use your mod powers to push features on users.
If it's for yourself, check out http://reditr.com/
This is quite nice for browsing Reddit like a phone. Has a Chrome webapp or a desktop app.
There's also Reddit2Go! on Windows 8/8.1 which is nice because it gives you desktop notifications if you receive an inbox.
Also this is a godsend for browsing desktop Reddit: http://redditenhancementsuite.com/
now I'm using Lenovo a369i, the cheap one.
This video is very well produced. If your looking for suggestions if you plan on making more of these try and make your microphone less echoy. It's fine for a short video but listening to a microphone like that for an hour can get annoying. My suggestiion would be to find a way to dampen the sound or get a better microphone.
Either way its a great playthrough!
