The concept is reminding me of the works of Carlos Castaneda, going out to meet Don Juan in the desert and use peyote to unlock secrets of the universe. So there's an idea for a target audience.

I wonder if PsychedSubstance would be interested, as he talks often about his psychedelic trips and mystical experiences he's had.

I haven't written any short stories in a very long time, but if you find yourself wanting some content, the first three chapters of one of my books and the first four of another are contained enough to be considered "acts", and would make great teasers for people wondering if they would be interested in the rest.
