Easiest way is to use rclone config
on another device and then copy config over to roms/gamedata/rclone
but you can also do it manually, for samples check https://rclone.org/ "config" button for your backend. You can see config file contents between -------------------- .
I used B2 so I needed to also adjust cloud-sync.conf
to point to correct bucket/path.
My config looked like this:
[351remote] type = b2 account = secret_hex_number key = secret_alphanumeric_string hard_delete = true
(351remote name also comes from cloud-sync.conf
)
It happens when a virus scanner trying to scan every time a new SD/USB card is insertion is detected(or the image just got flashed) while apps like rufus/others trying to finalize the write and verify it what was just written = BSOD.
Solution 1- disable virus scanner or like disable removable drives scan (I've got kaspersky and had to do it or else it's insta BSOD!)
Solution 2 - Get a USB micrsd reader like this - no need to disable any virus scanner when using this.
Good luck.
Hey everyone, just wanted to post this hard case I found that perfectly fits the 351V with a bit of room to spare for accessories. Amazon Link I keep mine in my sling backpack and didn't want it to get dinged or scratched up so I figured I'd share.
I just saw this page https://retrogamecorps.com/2021/01/17/psp-guide-for-rg351-devices/ and following their tips was able to get 30FPS with multiple monster on screen, will test more but seems like this could actually be playable!
Some games actually fare better without Buffered Rendering. Games like Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, Lord of Apocalypse, Ultimate Ghosts ‘N Goblins, and Final Fantasy Type-0 appear to have a more consistent FPS by going into Graphics > Mode > Skip Buffer Effects and disabling auto frameskip.
Here you are. item
I didn't put one on mine. I simply take care of the thing, and keep it in a case when not used - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003VVH8Y6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I've had it for many months and it still looks brand new.
Had to do this with my device as well and unfortunately the only fix I could find was replacing the buttons and soldering new ones on. I have no experience with soldering but this was actually pretty easy and mine works perfectly fine now.

suggestions:
if you use the second card for roms, then the distros will only look for them there. you can't use both slots for roms, just one. most people use a 16 or 32G card for slot one for this reason, and a large card in the second slot for ROMs. this allows you to easily swap/reinstall/update the software in the first slot without having to reload your roms in the second. arkos/351elec/thera will all read the same data card without issues.
Another option is Apple-pi baker, https://www.tweaking4all.com/hardware/raspberry-pi/applepi-baker-v2/ , it was the recommended tool on the Arkos wiki so I grabbed it for that. Worked out well, both arkos and 351elec flashed without any problems.
Use SD card formatter and win32diskImager software. If it still causes a problem in the wrong with your memory card arkos is much bigger ROM then elec it could be writing to a bad sector on your SD card. Ive flash so many times and never had one problem the problem is your memory card.
Pico-8 on 351 needs the Raspberry Pi files since it's implemented as running the actual program and not an emulation. You can buy Pico-8 by scrolling down the page here.
Thank you!
Buttons and PSX sticker from Sakura Retromods and the thumb cap is from Amazon
I painted the buttons with fluorescent neon acrylic paint and mod podge sealer
I really like this case for my device. It fits snug and doesn't rattle when I shake it. The flap in the middle protects the screen from any cables/wires I'll put in the pouch.
My only complaint is the strap on the analog stick. Even if I move the device up and down, the strap will still rest on it. It probably isn't a big deal, but something to keep in mind.

Hey homie
Can you be more specific?
For example, when you boot, do you get a black screen? Or do you get an "All Games" and "Favorites" with none of your loaded roms.
If it's the latter. Your folders are not named correctly, or you fucked up the boot. Just try again, and follow the instructions like your life depend son it.
Push comes to shove, just message the people you bought it from. 9/10 times if you say "Yo I fucked up, I will buy a new card from you" they will tell you it's not big deal, and just send you one.
Push coves to shove again, flash Emuelec 4, following one of Russ's videos (Follow that shit to a T, it's easy to accidentally miss step A)
Push comes to shove agian again, PM me, send me $30, I will use that money to buy you a 128gb memory card, then super pimp it with emuelec 4.0 - I'll only earn like a dollar after shipping. I'd rather not go that route, but I would feel sad knowing there is some dude out there who can't use his thing.
PS: Do you have the unwhiped card it came with? I strongly doubt the console itself is busted, but it'd be nice if you had the og card to test with.
PPS: Top SD card is for the OS.Lower SD card should just have a bios folder, and roms with the correct name. Don't fuck around and name your shit "Nes" instead of "nes"
Gl, fam, don't be scared to reach out. I love solving problems.

64 is enough for literally every game you ever want, plus like 40 PS1 games.
TL;DR, your machine itself is fine. You just gotta maybe buy a new card and follow the instructions
It was this card:
https://smile.amazon.de/dp/B08GYBBBBH/
It, together with test release 2 for the V, solved all of my problems.
Looks the system doesn't cope very well with slower cards. A modern, genuine, A1 speed card should fix it.
Mine came with a case, but it didn't really feel like it fit comfortably. I ordered this one after someone linked it and I'm pretty happy with it:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07833GL7W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Well it hasn't arrived yet so I can't be sure but I ordered this because it seemed like it would fit OK. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083Q79BBH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Yeah, it's a bummer I know.
N64 is a bitch to emulate, so if you want a positive experience, PC is the way to go. Here is a controller. It doesn't feel perfect, but it certainly gets the job done: https://www.amazon.com/Classic-Controller-iNNEXT-Joystick-Raspberry/dp/B07449HLKJ/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=n64+usb+controller&qid=1617383763&sr=8-3
