There's an app called Home Workout on google play. It has a red background icon, and another called Women Workout at Home from the same developer. I use the former (also allows you to choose gender and it shapes the workouts accordingly), haven't tried the latter because the former did the job for me. It's free (with ads, and sometimes you have to watch an ad every time you 'unlock' a new workout, which can be daily, but that's fine, still free).

I bought them myself. The front is flat, as opposed to being designed for “outdoor plumbing”. Plus the have pockets big enough to fit a large phone.
I've been happy with the leggings from Old Navy and the All in Motion brand leggings at Target. Both are comfy and hug your butt really well. However, if you really want some butt leggings, look for scrunch butt leggings, like these at Amazon. Those things are pretty much custom made to make your butt look nice.
For sports bras, I have both Champion and All in Motion brands, and both work really well. If you're just wearing the bra by itself, anything cute and comfy works, but if you're using breast forms what's really more important is the amount of support the bra has. If you're doing low impact things like yoga most any will work fine, but if you're doing something more high impact, running, lots of jumping, etc, make sure you get high support. Otherwise your breasts will be bouncing all over and, while fun, gets really distracting after a while! 😄
I use the Renpho ap - works really well with Bluetooth Renpho scale and Renpho measuring tape. Just have to select which spot you're measuring then it updates automatically when you do the measurement 😊
YES - at least for me anyway. Using the nipple vacuum cuppers and leaving them on about 30 minutes before any masturbating really helped me. I did that for like a month and they are way more sensitive now.

I would recommend you to buy a pair of adjustable dumbbells as your first set. It doesn't have to be anything fancy or expensive, just something like this: https://www.amazon.com/-/de/dp/B01NAU25M5/ plus a few plates.

Download this app - when finished get ankle weights and keep doing the donkey kicks, side kicks, fire hydrants at high reps as many days a week as you can.
Diet, diet, diet. Are you lactose tolerant? Greek yogurt and whole milk all day errryday. Avocados. Beans. Chicken Breast. Eat eat eat. You can work out all day but won't gain shit without overloading on calories and protein.

well, for me i finded an app who have traning session, spécialised for bubblebutt and leg and flat tummy etc. it start slow, and you have more and more thing to do. 3 day exercise, one day recuperation.
use it everyday, and i can say that my but start to look good :p
