Let’s discuss this because in the past I have skipped scoop neck bikini tops thinking that thy smoosh down my boobs too much. I think that was a mistake. They smoosh down larger boobs for sure. But I see lots of definition on the different photos of smaller breasts in them. When you add in the way velvet plays with light and curves, this top looks amazing. This is the Cabana del Sol Bikini currently sold out on Amazon, but I’d take it as inspiration to try on any velvet bikini. The low scoop top is a feature definitely for small breasts only too.
It is funny you post that one. Because I did consider using the whipped cream version of the promo image of her as Chloe from Don't trust the B in Apartment 23. Which I replaced with the Me in my house one. This one. NSFW obviously.
I’m guessing it’s a shape mismatch, I only get Demi bras since I’m shallow(28C). My favorite bra that I always recommend for smaller boobs is this bra from Amazon. It’s sexy, has an underwire for lift and support. Good luck!
I wear a 28D/28DD, and I love anything by Cleo Panache. I usually only buy bras that are on sale though, cos damn they are expensive.
I just bought this one on Amazon on a whim, because it came in my size. I LOVE it, and it makes me feel great when I wear it.
It’s not this one but wingslove sells a similar-ish one that’s become my aaaabsolute favorite now! If you haven’t already, i also recommend going over to r/abrathatfits and using their measuring tool ~ i look just like the girl pictured and a 32D fits me perfectly :o
Thank you! I've had it for quite a while so it's hard to remember where I got it from. I did a quick search on Amazon and found a similar one!
I’m actually glad somebody asked! Working out regularly has been a really key part of appreciating my body more C:
I work out at least 20 min a day, and at minimum I count walking in that. So my day-to-day is something like |active focus day||long walking day||active focus day||long walking day| rinse and repeat. My active focuses tend to overlap, so for one routine I’ll do hamstrings, then the next I’ll do glutes, then the next I’ll do core, and the next upper back/chest. Kind of like the whole “the foot bone’s connected to the leg bone” song, but working your way through muscle groups!
I follow Cassey Ho’s Blogilates videos for the most part, I started with her 30 Day/100 Reps Glute Challenge , which was a killer but amazing. It wasn’t only just great for my butt, but really helped strengthen my hips, legs, lower back, and abs/obliques!
I really like the 30 day challenges, because it allows me to try a ton of different exercises (a new one every day!) and decide which ones feel best and that I enjoy doing. Once I had things that were legitimately fun for me, I started to put so much more effort into my fitness goals, and even started doing things I used to HATE (still not a fan of running, but I will do sprints!).
I supplement the Pilates with a healthy amount of weight and resistance band training, I personally love doing rows—and if you do them even a little, your back will absolutely thank you. Plus, you’ll look even better in backless dresses! A little bit of weights is extremely helpful for women in particular, since our joints are more susceptible to failing as we age, but we can support them with the surrounding muscles!
So far I’ve only found one style that I love and fits well. Depending on your shape it might not work but I’m pretty shallow and a little bit wide set.
It’s the wingslove mesh half cup from amazon, I assume you should be able to get it as well :) it’s a cheap bra but it fits amazing and I think it’s gorgeous here’s the link Wingslove Women's Sexy 1/2 Cup Lace Bra Balconette Mesh Underwired Demi Shelf Bra Unlined See Through Bralette https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07922DCTH/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_EZF82DD8QDJE4HN79AXB?psc=1
It looks like they’re raised the price a bit (I think I paid $12)

This is my first time trying to link something so I’m sorry if I messed up. Also, idk if this will help since you’re in Australia and I’m US, but I figured I’d try.
Fallsweet Add 2 Cups Bra. Warning: the size is VERY limited unfortunately, I had to sister size myself. I like it because it laces up at the front which is good for me cause I'm wide set. It lets me push the girls in enough to actually create cleavage, which a regular push up bra just can't do with my shape.
frankly, i just kinda…don’t. but my nips are also pierced, which makes me wanna show em off more. i kind of just use my nip outlines as a substitute for cleavage, since i don’t really have any. but i’m also a college student, so i’m not exactly in a professional environment. on the rare occasion i don’t feel like having my headlights on, I LOVE these pasties. they’re not too expensive, and super cute. i’ve tried the silicone pasties, and im not a fan. I feel like they’re never sticky enough to wear without some sort of bra or cami holding them on, and if i wear a tight shirt, it looks like i’ve got salami on my titties. i think my boobs are just too small for them. they take up like 85% of my real estate lol.
I pretty much gave up on bras. There are a few occasions I will wear a bralette but that's about it. I used these nipple covers for a bit and never had an issue with them sliding. Honestly they kinda made me feel like it looked like I had giant nipples under some shirts in a weird way and at this point I don't care much if my own nipples do show through. Unfortunately it looks like they are sold out but hopefully there are some related ones with good reviews that will work for your work!
Link to the top. It comes with removable pad inserts. For this photo I took them out, but I always have them in when I work out at the gym or in public

I haven't worn a bra regularly since I was 15. Gave it up in high school and never looked back. I have prominent nipples, so at work and other occasions when I don't want my nipples to be noticed, I wear these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CG6QKYP?ref=nb_sb_ss_w_as-ypp-ro-model_ypp_ro_model_k0_1_11&amp&crid=226M7ZH05A989&amp&sprefix=silicon+nip
Unfortunately it’s not even a true bra, it’s more of bralette but it looks amazing regardless! I got this: https://www.amazon.com/Wingslove-Balconette-Underwired-Through-Bralette/dp/B07922DCTH/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=28c%2Bbra&qid=1622821976&sr=8-3&th=1&psc=1

Ah, yeah I don't use the official app, don't know if you'll like it but I find Relay practical enough for almost all of my uses, and in this case it shows a little pop-up for a couple of seconds if you want to play gifs/videos with audio.
Good question! I usually order mine on Amazon or even eBay. I have found that when it comes to the smaller reusable silicone adhesive nipple covers, they are really pretty similar. You can buy the fancy exspensive brand or you can buy the obscure cheap brand. My personal experience is the the adhesive staying power and the camouflaging it does is pretty similar. Silicone seems to be silicone in this type of product. If you take them over and rinse them under warm water, air dry, and place their plastic backings back on them, they're going to hold up about the same.
Now I do keep hoping for a more environmentally friendly nipple cover product. The disposable small covers are usually a fabric type of product that you discard after each use. They gets old, but at least natural fibers break down. But I would still rather have a reusable small nipple cover product that is biodegradable. I haven't seen it yet. I'll post if I do! :)
I got the dark green grey, much darker than the picture almost a blue grey but super pretty.

Amazon has a similar bra in stock that goes down to a 28A, by Wingslove. I'm not sure how it fits yet, since mine is supposed to arrive this weekend, but we'll see!
I got the Champion Curvy X Sports Bra and this on Amazon and love them :) They have molded cups to so they hide my nipples and don't completely flatten me out. Both are comfy and supportive.
Of course!! I feel the same way, I've been wearing these cheap sports bras off Amazon for years and yeah...... not really feminine at all. Wearing the Aerie ones makes me feel way more cute and feminine, because they're like, actually flattering haha
Amazon!! here is the link. This is a size small, but they are out of those rn! It really is a nice top. I def want to buy more colors
