I’m envious, I worry too much about sleeping with small pets under the blankets. I’m a smaller person myself, but if my 250+ lb boyfriend rolls over on our 8 lb cat during the night, it could end very badly.
I bought a little furry pouch thingy and tuck her into that on top of our human covers as a compromise.
Correct, not a sphynx owner yet just prone to sunburn myself + I have a light colored kitty at home 😅 I use a window film from Amazon that has the added bonus of making cute rainbows inside... here is the film
I got this one and my cat claimed it the moment I unpacked it. He went in and would not come out.
If you have them out, use sunscreen or clothing.
Pet MD Cat and Dog Ear Cleaner... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YVHK7KY?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Also these ear wipes are awesome as well , that’s what I use on my baby girl. She had bad ears, had yeast infection as well. All cleared up in 2-3 days
I just got the heated pad from Amazon. Pet specific and put it in her existing bed under the bedding. K&H PET PRODUCTS Pet Bed Warmer... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001AZSR68?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
It’s attached via suction cups. They stay attached well until she chews on the wire and pulls it off. I got it on Amazon.

buy a little fountain
My two cats use it like crazy. The younger one uses her little paw as a cup and drinks from it.
When she first was sick we got a prescription from the vet that was a powder capsule and a squeeze-y goo mixed together with some Flagyl (antibiotic), but her poop was jelly at that time. So that was like next level sick, stress colitis, rather than just run of the mill colitis be careful don’t switch foods type. She needed me to hydrate her even! But after she was all better the vet said giver this once daily and keep her food the same (other than her back up GI food for stress flare ups) and she should right as rain. Sure enough we’ve never had one flare since and she was about 6 months old when that happened. She is 1 yr 9 months on 12/11.
This is the style they were wearing (and I think the print that day). They really love them once on. Like will snuggle right down and always want to be held as if in a blanket.

If he’s teething- my cats loved this toy.
https://www.chewy.com/petstages-orkakat-wiggle-worm-cat-toy/dp/47007
But also a small (similar size to your kitty) plushy he can wrestle, or a kick stick will help. But consistency in training is key. Anytime he bites, drop him and give him the chew. And attacks, give him the wrestling partner. But stop playing immediately and say no.
They learn!
It looks like some of it could be blackheads, but it’s hard to tell. You could try chlorhexidine wipes, they’ve helped with some skin issues my boy has had.
Unlike some of the other unscented and cat safe wipes we used, these are really good at getting the sebum off and making our boys silky smooth :)
Take it slow. Going out for longer times/distance each time. Be careful to watch for things that spook, hawks in the sky, dogs, etc. Mine 3 y.o. female was doing great until she got spooked twice in a row. The new kitten seems unafraid of anything so I may try him. Both do like the balcony.
I use both of these. They haven’t escaped them:

I haven't yet, but I'm thinking of getting some metal mesh like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08PBM1C2F/ref=cm_sw_r_awdo_0SAH7F8ERPQFS0MT11G3
And adding some maybe half inch L beams as the lip/rim with some flat beams across the middle for support, all glued together with JB WELD lol.
As for distracting them, it's really up to THEM. I've found that sphynxes are more than happy to make up games if you pay attention and try to figure out the 'rules'. And you can entertain them all day, but I really don't trust them unattended to leave something alone. Safest bet is to keep the lizard in a room with a door you can shut if you're not in there to supervise. Or reinforce the tank lol.
Just Amazon! We have 3 sphynx and all of them wear these: KOOLTAIL Cat Collars Breakaway... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B081ZR2PPS?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Every month I throw them in the wash to get the grub off!
Not sure what your raw diet was like but I’ve switched my boy over to Quest and it has worked wonders! It’s fairly priced when compared to other freeze dried options so I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you haven’t. (:

I got these from Amazon and would never try anything else as they do the job super well and don’t hurt my cat. I sometimes use normal (thin) ear buds for small crevices as well. Really like these for their shape and comfort, check them out :)
(Pack Of 2) Organic Fairtrade Cotton Safety Buds | SIMPLY GENTLE
I started using waterless foam soap and it’s changed the game completely. My girl was also really sick when I first got her, and it took a few weeks for her to get healthy. It does get better and easier, so don’t lose hope!
She is not a fan of sleeves but doesn't mind these ones and they don't constrict her movement. But she has never had issues with sleeveless clothes, so mileage may vary. This is what she is wearing in the picture. This is the sleeveless fleece she also wears. The only issue I have with this turtleneck is her constant grooming is eventually going to tear it apart lol. The fleece doesn't get de-threaded like that.
If his foot is getting trapped, maybe the sleeveless clothes you have are too big?
Thanks lol
Oh I see. This was the closest thing I found to what I was thinking of but it may not cover enough of the hind legs.
I keep this on hand.
The vet will prescribe it anyway and it is a must for my survival kit for my sphynx for a long time, it helps with the eye mess

Must be incredibly difficult to resist that lovely look!
As an aside, if that is a rainbow cat dancer in the background, please only let him play with it while supervised. I have one too and though I've never had any issue, I put it away anyway because of the handful of reviews on Amazon that talk about their cats chewing on and swallowing it. One lead to surgery. Playing with it while supervised is more fun for them anyway, because you can move it about. Safe instead of sorry.
I apologize for the long URL. The reviews are at the bottom. Cat Dancer Products Rainbow Cat Charmer https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B007VPFC8C/ref=cm_sw_r_awdo_navT_g_4NGQYH57T1EACQYQMP5X
Take care.
Strawberries are nontoxic to cats, and I have seen my kitty try to eat grass. They also make cat treats with pumpkin and strawberries to help their digestion. I add some of this to my cat's food every day. Of course she mostly eats meat.
Here ya go! Good luck. If yours hates clothes, I'd recommend a sleeveless fleece though, that might work better
Here ya go. I should warn you, she is not a fan of getting her back legs through the sleeves, and she can't jump well with these pajamas on. They are cute but if I can't get her more used to them, I might have to stop making her wear them
I'm not sure if my cats skin is extra sensitive but anything exfoliating is too rough for his skin. I use these as they are very soft.

Sphynx cats aren’t in any danger of drying out, you can wash them and they will be greasy in a day again lol but I use Hylyt soap.
I’ve used all kinds of regular soap in a pinch but this soap makes their skin and fuzz so soft and I don’t have to worry about getting it in their eyes and irritating them. Also keeping baby wipes on had to clean their ears and face

I got the small of this. I'm going to try a medium next though, and see if she can move around better in that

Our naked boy got this on his inner elbows and he smelled... yeasty. Bought this after doing my own research and it worked in a few weeks!
They have pet safe heating pads :) we have one that’s a bed, and then a couple just heating pads for our three cats, we keep in various spots! Here’s the link for the ones we have!
I’ve bought this one in two different colors for my cat off Amazon. He seems to like not having the fabric between the front arms. Not sure what the style is technically called though- I’ve wondered too, just so that I could search for that style specifically.
My sphynx is sort of indifferent about clothes and seems to actually enjoy these the most, I just got him more, he’s around 13lbs and we got medium. They fit really well without being too tight.
Oh! Apologies haha - I get this specific brand from my local pet store
This is the one. Once she figured out how to get to the top, she never spends any time on the lower levels though lol.
The shirt is an XS from: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08GFYW4G1/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_8G1WQSW88E74ENQB4SVQ
I just ordered some larger sizes because I think my kitten is outgrowing her shirts lol. Either that or they shrank a bit.
The harness is here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SC7WFQN/ref=cm_sw_r_apanp_KuEuiFOyy3iXe
I use Okocat Low Tracking Clumping Mini-Pellets Wood Cat Litter and a mat I bought off Amazon like this - honeycomb litter tracking mat and honestly never have a problem w litter tracking - like, not even outside the bathroom. I sweep up the tiny bathroom my guys litter is in, but with that litter (breeder used the newspaper pellets, I think okocat is way better) it really cut down on tracking. I’ve had a few people convert after seeing how much easier it is to clean + no smell + super low mess.
Edit: word
Pro Pet Works is our favorite. The almond oil makes it smell really good and doesn’t seem to bother the cats. It is moisturizing enough for both of our boys. Pro Pet Works shampoo - Amazon
Mine has such an obsession with the toy linked that he learned how to turn it on himself and I just hear it go off randomly at all hours. I sometimes have to take it away...he also really loves those plastic springs and the little rainbow balls.

I actually got it on Amazon. Cheap !
I recommend skipping clothes altogether.
a nice heating pad on or in a cat bed is good, get one that always stays on.
i also recommend a heated blanket (they don't stay on, you have to keep turning them back on)
my cat loves this

Get creative with ways to keep the little guy warm when you’re not around! We use hot water bottles or these wrapped in a blanket inside a cat cave. Especially if you’re worried about rolling over your little guy in your sleep like we were, this method is a life saver!
i’ve tried sooo many harnesses but he always gets himself out of the!! this is a great post.
just ordered this one and waiting for it from amazon. i put it over a shirt or something so it doesn’t hurt his skin . https://www.amazon.com/PUPTECK-Adjustable-Harness-Nylon-Collar/dp/B01NCRVX61
