Hello teammates! My name is Elise, I'm 26, and live in upstate New York with my lovely boyfriend and two kitty babs. Ever since I got out of college (2012) I kind of started slowly gaining weight and it ended up way higher than I've ever been. @_@
I just graduated with my Masters, which was eating up a lot of my free time. About two weeks ago I got tired of my lifestyle and started to make goals to be more active (putting my gym membership to use) and counting calories as best I can. I was up around 216, and I've dropped down between 210-212, and BF is down 1% (according to the scale, at least!). As much as I'd like to drop all this weight like it's hot, and eventually be 160, I think trying to reach 199 is a more attainable goal. It'll be nice to fit into some older clothes and just feel a little bit healthier!
