I love the world. It reminds me of watching a Bond film for the first time. I can't help but feel like a kid watching this film. The soundtrack is awesome! Been in rotation since my first screening lol. If you haven't checked it out yet. I highly suggest getting this The Secrets of Tenet: Inside Christopher Nolan's Quantum Cold War

It's a great read.

No direct tie-in book but you might look at books that discuss the relation of the "arrow of time" to entropy, there's a good introduction to the basics of this idea in Brian Greene's "The Fabric of the Cosmos" for example. The book "Time's Arrow and Archimedes' Point" goes into a deep dive on the subject and discusses some weird speculations like the idea that the arrow of time could reverse itself in our future if the universe slowed down in its expansion and eventually began to contract. IIRC the author also talked about whether this would mean you could point a telescope in the direction of future time-reversed star and there would be a cold spot on the light sensor as time-reversed light particles jumped off it and streamed back towards the star which was going to reverse-'emit' that light in the future. And I think he also talked about how this might mean that if you put a light-blocking shutter in between the sensor chip and the star, the amount of light streaming away from the chip would start to decrease a little before the shutter was put in place, allowing you to send messages back in time. This idea was also used as the basis for a short story called "The Hundred Light Year Diary" by science fiction writer Greg Egan, included in his collection Axiomatic.
