Donald Duck: Applecore!
Dale: Baltimore!
Donald Duck: Who's your friend?
[Dale thinks for a moment, looking around, then sees Chip]
Dale: [points at Chip] Him!
[Donald throws an applecore at Chip, hitting him right in the face. Donald leaves chuckling. Dale bursts out laughing at Chip. Chip angrily picks a rotten apple and smashes it on Dale's head]
Also this site is spammy but you can download the SRT file and open it in a text editor to view the captions.

For this specific movie, it doesn't seem like there's an official English sub ever made. There's also doesn't seem to be any fan-made that I can find.
Generally, I think https://www.opensubtitles.org is best.
Those are called forced or "foreign language only" subtitles. If your media doesn't already have a forced audio subtitle track, you can look for them from third-party sources. For example, if you're looking for subtitles on opensubtitles.org, you can add a foreign parts only filter in the advanced search (e.g. here's English forced subtitles forThe Fellowship of the Ring). Subscene has a similar "foreign language only" filter. To get those subtitles into Plex, you can follow the instructions in this support article.
You can watch it on videa.hu, but without subtitles. You may buy a DVD that has English subtitles, but I suggest searching through Hungarian torrent sites, if better solutions are not avalaible. You can find English subtitles here: https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/search/sublanguageid-all/idmovie-385333

For recent movies, they will be similar most of the time. For older movies, you may find several subtitles (sometimes because of fan-subbing).
However, 99% of the time, you won't have subtitles that exactly match what's said, because subtitles need to follow rules that spoken dialogues don't: they need to be short, concise, easy to read, while avoiding ambiguity.
You can check online for subtitles. For example, on this website: https://www.opensubtitles.org
I found another link incase someone is interested: https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/subtitles/7353144/tuntematon-sotilas-en
And I'm a finn, so if yall need advice from a finn then i can help (((:::
Thank you for your feedback. Because now there is no such feature in the app, you can search on OpenSubtitles.org to see the available Swahili subtitles: https://www.opensubtitles.org/hu/search/sublanguageid-swa To see available subtitles in other specific languages, just change the language select field which is at the top in the middle.
You can download the video, then download subtitles and watch offline.
Link to English Subtitles: https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/subtitles/6215233/im-keller-en
Copy the video URL and paste it into the video downloader.

Link to video: https://m.ok.ru/video/2590326852205
Then bring the subtitles into your video player. Works with me. Just be sure to adjust the placement of the subtitles as not to conflict with the built in subtitles. The built in subtitles is Hungarian in case you were wondering.
Edit: I added the video link for incase the other guy deletes his comment with the link in it.

They're not CC, as only the speech is transcribed... but it's better than nothing and should at least allow you to enjoy the episode! 🙂
Since you probably have experience using subs, I don't think I need to explain how to use the file... But feel free to DM me if you need help for some reason. 👍

Here you can find German subtitles, I'm not sure if they work with HBO tho. You might need a video player supporting subtitles.
The subtitles in the link might be inaccurate at places, but they are mostly right I think. I'm not so sure as my German is only B1 level.
Lastly I must say the German in the show is confusing even with subtitles lol.
Hi, wanted to let you know that you can grab subtitles from this site: https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/ssearch/sublanguageid-all/idmovie-780194
You can then use an app like Subler to add the srt files to the media file in question.
Hope that helps.
I found this website:

I gave the Spanish subtitles a try. The download included some srt files and once I renamed them to match the video file they played automatically in VLC and MPC. My Spanish isn't the best, but they seemed passable. Hope this helps!

The subtitle file that came along with the original torrent file (while much appreciated of course!) contained a lot of OCR errors, among other things. I went through and fixed all the typos I could find, polished up the formatting, and slightly re-synced to improve the timing. The new, corrected version is posted here:

Those are called 'forced' subtitles, and opensubtitles.org marks them as 'foreign parts only'.
For example, here's a link to 'foreign parts only' English subtitles for Black Panther: https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/search/sublanguageid-eng/foreignpartsonly-on/idmovie-532702
You could download one of those, then follow Plex's Adding Local Subtitles to Your Media guide to get them to show up in Plex.

Depending on the release of your video, you may have to adjust the timing of your subs either ahead or behind the runtime of your video.

I do have the subtitle files that are accurate to the spoken words of the dub. Here's a link to the entire series subs. There are subtitle files accurate to what is said in the sub and to what is said in the dub.
I have no idea how to apply them to a dub video though. What I would try and do is download dub episodes and put them into VLC, if that were possible. Use the subs I linked and put them to work there. Right now I am downloading S2EP12 and I will confirm if this works or not.
EDIT: Kinda works? It works for the first few seconds [Anime Spoilers] (#s "during the flashback with Carla") then the synchronization is awful aftwards. [Anime Spoilers] (#s "The Beast Titan's ''not yet'' shows just after Levi notices Erwin's smile. Almost 1 minute before it actually happens.") I tried, sorry. It's something though
HERE IT IS! Finally, after months of waiting!
I did a quick check with Aegisub and everything seems to match the sub in OP's link.

"Forced" tags indicate it is for foreign language/plot essential translations.
Opensubtitles has an option to filter your search. I use Bazarr to manage my downloads. Forced subs are always highest priority when searching.
https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/search/sublanguageid-eng/foreignpartsonly-on
If you can turn the subs into a text file (e.g. .srt), you can run the text through DeepL and paste it back. It might be slightly odd in a few instances, but generally works astoundingly well.
For some episodes, though unfortunately not all, you can find subs here: https://www.opensubtitles.org/de/ssearch/sublanguageid-all/idmovie-773567 You might need to adjust them to your video a bit, many TVs allow an offset for subs. You can also use MKVToolNixGUI for that, if you have the video as file as well.
The English subtitles can be found here. You have to click on each episode name and download the English subtitle for each individual episode : https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/ssearch/sublanguageid-all/idmovie-949441
There's a few specifically for movies/TV shows as well, though it usually requires ripping the media to your own computer in order to use them effectively.

The first and third one look like they match the 1:40 25fps BluRay version sold in Germany. The middle one seems to be running slightly faster (23.976 fps), hinting at a version sold in North America.

Update: found a very helpful website all by myself https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/ssearch/sublanguageid-all/idmovie-707689
I know it might be a bit late, but when I tried to search for good subtitles for this movie, this thread still popped up as one of the first as well and although somewhat helpful, without any actual good subs to download.
But after quite some time searching through various subtitling sites, I've found some very well made, amateur subtitles, so feel free check to them out!
Au service de la France is available on Netflix as A Very Secret Service in English-speaking countries, including with French subtitles.
It doesn't look like French subtitles are available on their own. English subtitles are, however, but they won't do much to improve your French.
If anyone speaks French I found some subs for episode 9. They are ok but I'm still going to wait for NederSubs. Just wanted to share in case anyone was interested. https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/subtitles/7192668/gomorra-la-serie-fr

Via US proxy you can see that Netflix has only The Return (aka Season 11) and a "Collection" of 20 other episodes of MST3K from Seasons 01 thru 10.
Sorry to disappoint you, but . . .
These are the only original episodes on Netflix:
There appear to be a number of subtitles available for MST3K on OpenSubtitles.
https://www.opensubtitles.org should have you covered, it can be a bit challenging at times to find the exact one though (frames per second have to match and so has length, of course, but there's also programs out there to adjust that if really desperate).
maybe try in /r/datasets?
I've never heard of scripts going around like other shows, given the format that seems unlikely. I'm sure there are collectors though.
Seems like a much better avenue is subtitles, which you could definitely find, download, parse and store in some format you could search. A scan that counted consecutive words before a character change might find monologues. That might be tricky though, subtitles don't always label every character if it's obvious to the viewer. But you could probably find some way to narrow things down to the set containing most monologues with some trial and error.
Your source for subtitles might have to be https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/search2/sublanguageid-all/moviename-wwe, although among all the fandoms that might have already made their own databases of subtitles or scripts WWE isn't at the top ... I bet there are a few.
Kodi attached as External Player works great for this. You just need to sign up for a free opensubtitles.org account
opensubtitles.org is a great website for subs. When you’re looking through the list of available subs for the movie look for keywords like “forced” or “foreign parts only”. Here is what you mentioned you were looking for.
hey! i've found english subs here https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/subtitles/8563743/v-siti-en
you can download them, and then upload them to the online video on the link, i've sent above. i've just start to watch it with these subs, and it works!
Perché, non ci sono nei blue ray da qui fai i rip? /s
Seriamente parlando, https://www.opensubtitles.org/it/default.htm di solito è abbastanza fornito ma non sono al corrente dell'esistenza di un plugin per Plex.
I tried it yesterday and succeeded. I used the firefox browser as I don't think it works on chrome as it's Youtube. I went to the firefox add-on(extension store) and got a youtube video downloader. The one that worked for me was "Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express" once it's added it's super easy to use just got to the episode on youtube and select this will be next to the subscribe button, click it and select the desired quality you want and download. Unfortunately, the max is 720p due to server limitations if I find a 1080p one I will let you know. After that download is done go here: https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/ssearch/sublanguageid-eng/idmovie-884577 . This page is for KO in subs download the one you desire. After the download opens the zip file. There will be an "srt" file in there. Rename that file to the name of your video download leaving the "srt". Then the video should play with the subs. I was using VLC video player.
Thank you!
Just to add a couple more things:
They have some statistics available here.
In the last 30 days, they had from 3.047.722 to 4.289.500 subtitle downloads per day. That's about 35 to 50 subtitle downloads per second (on average throughout the day). And don't forget that it's not evenly distributed throughout the day. Fewer people watch at night, or during work hours. Most people watch in the evening.
And that's just the downloads. Every time someone searches for subs, it's another additional connection, and them having to search their database for your query.
And before someone comes, and says some dumb shit like: "But Reddit can handle a lot more traffic!" or "But Google has millions of requests per second!"
Sure, and they also have to make money through ads, through paid services etc., to be able to provide the service.
Many people fail to realize how hard and expensive managing traffic is.
Click on the episode you want, each one has Polish subtitles available:

Hello everyone,
After getting the Italian subtitle from u/Mehr_DaD, and a few days of translation work, I just uploaded the English Subtitle for Mi Chiamo Francesco Totti / My Name Is Francesco Totti (2020) to opensubtitles.org.

Here's the link to download it: https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/subtitles/8436478/my-name-is-francesco-totti-en
This is just the first draft, so it may not be perfect yet. But we hope it could help you enjoy the movie.
Forza Roma!
Ah yeh I'd probably have more luck with subscription services, but I just remember recently trying to look for subs for the film Жмурки and they seemed to have every language except Russian.
No clue if the site is legit as I didn't try downloading anything but the last few seasons seem to be offered with subs here.
Hope I am allowed to post links...If I need subs I always use this website. Searching GOT shows massive database:
https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/ssearch/sublanguageid-all/idmovie-63130
If you are up to illegally downloading films and series in German (either original or voiced-over) you can download the subtitles at: https://www.opensubtitles.org/de
if you have access to digital Nuwho, https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/ssearch/sublanguageid-all/idmovie-20511 appears to have english subs for every episode. from whatever player you're using, you should be able to point it to a subtitle directory and boom, off you go. (also sorry for the late response, i was napping because naps are awesome).
For now the best way is with the subzero plugin, although word on the street is that plugins are on the way out. Plex is supposed to be improving native subtitle support. If you want to do it manually you can download from https://www.opensubtitles.org
you can have them here: https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/search2/sublanguageid-eng/moviename-the+human+condition
then you will need to download the youtube file, I often use the video downloadhelper plugin in firefox for that
It was not the case with this particular movie, I don't remember from where I downloaded it
Also, in the MPC-HC Options - Subtitles - Misc, right-click the OpenSubtitles entry and click Setup. Then enter your username and password from the https://www.opensubtitles.org site.
It should work.

Perhaps start with the first ep(s?) of season 2 if subtitles might put you off. That way you can find out whether it's your sort of thing or not.
In case your method of viewing doesn't include subtitles for season 1, here's a link to the ones I found.
Oh and if you've not already seen Happy!, get on it!
Most subtitles out there are for the original cut; netflix published its own cut. The subtitles for that (E1-9 so far) can be found here: https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/subtitles/7388217/la-casa-de-papel-episode-3-1-en (uploaded under season 3 for some reason)
In case you are not familiar with it, OpenSubtitles.org is a great repository for subtitle files but they are all in the SRT format.
This guide outlines how to convert IDX/SUB to SRT but there will still be grammatical errors in the final file due to the inconsistencies / variance that a character can appear in the IDX/SUB file making detection difficult.
Mándame un mensaje privado y lo arreglamos! It may take a while but i'd love to
Edit: I think I found them, let me know how they work https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/subtitles/70604/nosotros-los-pobres-en
You can find the subtitles here(Source), from opensubtitles.org.

If you're particularly ~~geeky~~ IT adept, and of course - fluent, you can create your own subtitles and upload them to that site for others to use in conjunction with the commercial release.
Not sure about actual films (you could always torrent them and download subs separately from a website like opensubtitles), but there are youtube channels in French with French subtitles:
I haven't used any of these personally, but maybe one of these will help. The downside is it's only computer specific and you cannot cast the subtitles.
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/super-netflix/aioencjhbaolepcoappllicjebblphoc?hl=en
You can use OpenSubtitles to search for subtitles you're looking for.
Unofficially you can get Russian audio for the series through Russian sites, they use the Web-DL and add the Russian audio from local broadcast and there are subtitles on Open Subtitles (change language to one you require).
As for official sources, you're out of luck, it's not released officially on DVD/Blu-ray in Russia or Ukraine so you'll have to patch it together through the unofficial channels.
I'd download the subtitles independently, from a website like https://www.opensubtitles.org/ and the actual episodes from elsewhere, and then video players let you add subtitles to a video.
Like so for VLC for example.
I found the original subtitles with the chunks of no dialogue, and afterward I found subtitles that had the chunks (or at least the first chunk I noticed) filled in https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/subtitles/4554798/the-given-word-en
It’s JP with CZ sub, I don’t think they ever dubbed it to Czech or Polish. At least 12 Polish subtitle files are available, you just need to find the video – which is not a problem given the lax enforcement of © in Poland.

Since google started blocking websites what it dislike without second browser you won't find many things.
For anyone looking, here are some english subtitles for Union of Salvation. They have a couple errors but it's leagues better than the ones from ELSubtitle.

What about movies and series with croatian subtitles? It's been a while since I last downloaded them but you can probably find them at opensubtitles and podnapisi
I think you're able to edit the initial search value (at least you can on the web/desktop apps), so you could change it to something like "Money Heist S02E01", which I believe correlates to how OpenSubtitles categorizes it. Outside of that you're probably out of luck if you don't want to go outside of Plex's own subtitle search.
You could download the film and subtitles separately and load them into vlc.
Can you access OpenSubtitles in your browser? If so find the subs you want, download them then use the Custom option to add them once the media starts playing.
I think what you're looking for are 'forced' or 'foreign parts only' subtitles. For Love Actually, it looks like there are several options on OpenSubtitles.org, though I'm not finding anything for Suspiria, as the one subtitle that is marked as 'Foreign Parts Only' has a commend indicating that it's mislabeled.
External subs don't always match the version of the film you are watching. The easiest solution for me is usually to visit https://www.opensubtitles.org/ and find/try a different subtitle file (I check it with VLC). Then when I find a match I remux it in with the video file to avoid future confusion. In the rare cases I can't find a subtitle file that matches I re-sync myself using https://subshifter.bitsnbites.eu/.
There is a link in the comms, https://www.subadictos.net/foros/showthread.php?t=77449 you can download episodes from this page. There are subtitles here: https://www.opensubtitles.org/sr/ssearch/sublanguageid-scc/idmovie-660066 but they are in vtt format. I dont know what it is that but I converted them to SRT file online and I'm finally watching. Hope it helps😊
go here for the subs links https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/search/sublanguageid-eng/imdbid-14657152
from that you should be able to find the episode link which goes with the subtitles
p.s - its the 1080p HMAX link
Depends on what you mean? As in finding subtitle files or as in finding a place to stream to friends on?
For the former: I checked out a copy of it on DVD from my local library and ripped it to digital. You can also find almost any sub file at https://www.opensubtitles.org
For the latter: Discord, or Plex
