Now & again you'll find the eng srt under the spelling of the movie title in its OG language. https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/subtitles/8405284/hap-en

Lemme know if it works.
Here is a link for the subtitles if you still need them. I used the owner "Emarc" which worked pretty good. Hope that helps

Here's a permalink on archive.org for the Parasite subtitles
Hey, can you describe a bit more what you're trying to accomplish? I'm building an Android-first subtitle editor app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.namo.subtitled). I started building it because all the subtitle editor apps out there were missing features I needed. Merging subtitles is one of the features I added because it seems super useful.
Are you trying to merge together two separate subtitle files (SRT/SBV/etc) or are you trying to merge together multiple subtitles within each file?
If you have an Android phone, you can checkout this subtitle editor app I created: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.namo.subtitled.

I have a popular YouTube channel and got frustrated because all of the subtitling software out there sucked. So, I wrote my own app to do that work. I'm super keen to get some user feedback about it. If there are features missing or if something doesn't work the way you think it should, I'll fix it.
I'm also looking for it, but from my experience, esubs will not be available for such movies, so I' not going to wait for it. I'll go ahead with the usually imperfect translated English subs.
Also, I see that Amazon video has E subs for this movie. https://www.amazon.com/Neruda-English-Subtitled-Garcia-Bernal/dp/B01N7HPRTB
