Addic7ed is usually always the first with original subs. Especially since almost always TV broadcasts or streaming have subtitles from the first day. So it's much easier to rip
Pra séries, acho que alguns uploaders do legendas.tv usam lá como repositório pra caso um dia o site feche, mas pra filmes quase sempre é um tiro no escuro.
Por outro lado o opensubtitles é bom pra títulos menos populares, principalmente se forem mais antigos.
Os outros sites, acho que nenhum tem equipe nem nada diferente em legendas BR. Só pra legendas em inglês que tem o https://www.addic7ed.com
I like https://www.addic7ed.com as you can mass download full seasons of a show at a time while still picking which sub version to include.
They are also usually one of the first sites to get new TV episode subs.

There is no legal place to watch all of SU for free, though some episodes are unlocked at any given time without a cable subscription on CN US's website and app.

I'm a huge subtitle buff so I'll share my two fave subtitle sites.
- Best place to get TV & movie subtitles: https://www.addic7ed.com
- Best place to get anime subtitles: http://subs.com.ru (Site is in Russian, use Google translator)
There are a ton of good subtitle sites out there, but the above two seem to have around 80% of the subs that I need.
Please note: I'm referring to English subs, but addic7ed does have subs from other languages. subs.com.ru is mostly for Russian subs, but they seem to also have the biggest database for English anime subs I've come across.
You'll probably need to sign up to subs.com.ru to access the English subs.
you can find subtitles w/ character names here
you need to build a scraper to get the SRT files but from a quick inspection in textEdit it looks like they contain the character names. i might scrape it myself later but the website is pretty slow.

Some season 5 episodes are on the app/website (the movie is there too) but they're not presently unlocked. Gah. (Episode listing and movie since I don't see the movie in the episode listing) The site/app uses CC identical to the television airing, though that obviously won't help unless/until things are unlocked for you to watch past the first two minutes.
I'd try out Amazon if you can; I've heard of problems in general with Amazon's captioning sometimes but I'd imagine they're supposed to be using the same tracks the rest of digital media does for the show. You could also purchase or rent the season/media if you're willing/able, but that's not really helpful to you if you can't...
If you have access to *un*captioned episodes and a program that will display caption files (i.e. VLC, etc.), then this page has captions for all the episodes but not the movie. u/Stan87 mentioned an srt sub for the movie but I don't know where that is because I couldn't find where to look...
