I suggest reading A Generation of Sociopaths: How the Baby Boomers Betrayed America.
It goes over a lot of detail on this subject. How they took plurality power of the government in 1982, majority in 1992, and even now, still hold 2/3s of all government positions such as federal senate/house members, governors, and state house/senators (that number may have been lowered in the 2018 election, but they still hold the majority).
That we find it horrifying that the rich have too much control with the money in this country, yet, if you look at it, the Baby Boomer generation controls 70% of the disposable income & wealth in this country.
They're a generation which changed laws to help the young when they were young at the expense of their parents. They changed the laws to help the middle aged when they were middle aged at the expense of their children and parents (e.g. wanting to get rid of the estate tax when their parents generation started dying, and no way to declare bankruptcy for student loans anymore). And now that they're old, laws are being changed to help the old at the expense of the young (not so surprisingly, a lot of state government problems are due to pension issues, which just so happen to grandfather their generation into the huge pension payouts causing all the issues).
I was breaking Keto for a trip and I decided to try this because my roommate always got them. I was so fucking disappointed that I ate a few and tossed the bag. I swear I've had Doritos be spicier than that shit.
On one hand, I can’t blame them for making an easy buck.
On the other hand, I feel like I’m in the same bot for video games in that a lot of the major releases feel like generic clones. Another shooter, another battle royal, another loot box driven pile of boring shit.
However, at least with games and to an extent music, the independent and small company producers scene is very much alive and healthy. For every EA there’s a Frontier Developer (Elite Dangerous), and for every SquareEnix there is dude in his basement making a SpaceEngine.
With movies, I don’t think there is a solid [free] platform besides maybe YouTube that has such a vibrant variety of non-mainstream outlet. Music has Spotify, Apple/Google Music, MySpace, Radio, and more. Video Games have Steam, GoG and some others but all are free. Movies have YouTube, Vimeo, and others but nobody seems to be promoting it as a movie or film outlet in a similar way.
Maybe I’m just rambling here but I feel there’s something missing that makes the whole MCU thing feel a lot bigger than it may really be or “should” be. I agree with OP but am trying to figure out why him and I see and feel this over saturation of superhero movies.
If you want to find one local and there is an Asian Market near you, you should more than likely be able to find one there. They're pretty cheap, and machine washable which is pretty great.
Here is an Amazon link for reference, or if you just want to buy it there.
I was listening to an EconTalk with Shoshana Zuboff about her book "Surveillance Capitalism". She mentioned how tech giants have this cycle of getting their products out in the market:
I generally agree with you. Except in those cases where the only difference is that the "female" version is pink/purple/glittery, and then it's pointless.
Amazon's reviews for "BIC for Her" pens are amusing reading.
You are correct. We live in a gynocentric society that constantly shits on men. Even the fact that men are falling behind is presented as a problem for women because there are not enough marriageable men around.
More on this in the book Men on Strike.
>If you kill six cops and can clearly see them you should also be charged for murder bc at that point your just shooting cops bc you can
Anyone can buy black plate carrier, put a police patch on it and break into your house. That's the exact reason why police are supposed to announce themselves after they knock and present the warrant to the property owner.
You can get them off of Amazon
The current book I'm reading White Trash: The 400-Year Untold History of Class in America delves into this a bit.
Part of the argument it makes is that a lot of what we consider to be racist issues, were originally classism. Things like poll taxes weren't just to keep blacks from voting, but also to disenfranchise a large percentage of poor whites who were looked down upon by society. In the 1920s, nearly half the states in the USA had eugenics laws on the books. And during the early 1930s, when many WW1 veterans demanded to be given the bonus pay they were promised, the senate voted against it, and the army was called to disperse the crowd, burning down their camp in return.
The main problem is, it's almost always been the same group of people who are despised in this country. Poor, rural Americans. And we still despise them to this day. It's just that we describe them differently with each generation. Yesteryear, we called them racially impure, or born of bad blood. Today we call them racists, sexists, deplorables, etc.
That's not to say there isn't any racial privileges, but a lot really come down to majority privilege. And the rest, which we call white privilege, are in reality, wealthy privilege, which a lot of white people don't experience.
You don't know shit about biology. Go read any general biological textbook today, and I guarantee you it will have the distinction between gender and sex.
Here, I recommend this book I read from when I took Biology for Science majors. https://www.amazon.com/Campbell-Biology-11th-Lisa-Urry/dp/0134093410
Stop peddling your misinformation and bankrupt agenda, idiot.
I see the argument for it and against it both.
I do think that it makes the most sense - ON PAPER - to wait til the child is an adult and can make an informed decision on what s/he wants to do with their life.
The problem is, that in order for children to develop and acquire spoken language properly, they need to learn around the ages of 1 - 4 from what I remember of the research on the topic.
If the family waits til the child is an adult, then it's too late to get the most benefit from the cochlear implant.
And....to make this even more wonderful, most deaf children are not born to deaf parents. They're born to hearing parents who's first exposure to the entire mess is from the medical community whose focus is "how do we fix this issue?" (medical model of disability) while the deaf community would be like, "Bro, teach them sign language! Send them to a residential school for the deaf!"
You should all look up and read the book, "A child sacrificed to the deaf culture"
https://www.amazon.ca/Child-Sacrificed-Deaf-Culture/dp/0963781340
My favourite part in the book was where *all* the kids except the author failed the university entrance exams for Gallaudet University (the only Deaf University in the world) and he REFUSED to go!!!
i flat out refuse for premium. Last week I was watching a video with a sponsored read for NordVPN and midway through that ad-read (by the youtuber) a youtube ad comes on....
So lemme get this straight, you wont give your content producers a stable income system, won't tell them whether or not they can have a sliver of the billions you make, so they have to get their own ads. Then you play your ads on their videos anyway? So even if I pay to get rid of the ads, I still have to watch the sponsored ads for Nord or Raid or whoever? Fuck off Youtube, cop yourself on

I was reading a book called "What About Law" and one of the chapters mentioned this, including it being used in a case about a women who was robbed of a ring given to her by her mother (who was given it by her mother). It's a great book even if you're not particularly interested in law, and is very accessible. Each chapter focuses on a case e.g. Criminal law focused on the importance of intent - for example, a boy set out to murder a girl, and believed he could do so by making a voodoo doll of her and pushing pins inside of the doll. Obviously, it did not actually kill her, but there was clear intent - but is that enough to convinct him (spoiler - it was!). Great read.
The only thing VPNs do is stop your ISP from reporting you for uploading torrents. You might want to get a antivirus if you want protection. Furthermore, if you still want a VPN you can use ProtonVPN its open-source and free.
I mean, I guess? But I thought the whole point of this process was to not get shit all over my hands, otherwise why even bother with toilet paper? Just wipe your ass with your hand then wash your hands.
Instead of all of this splashing water from a glass nonsense, how about people go to Amazon (or wherever you want if you don't want to use amazon,) and buy a box of like 800 baby wipes for 20 dollars.
Now every time you shit, you get a little toilet paper, clean up your ass as good as you can with the TP, then finish off with a single baby wipe to make sure there's no residue or whatever, and then one more wipe of TP just to dry it off.
Now your ass is as pristine as it probably can be, and you didn't need to figure out how to wipe your ass with a glass of water.
Also Korean scrubbers! We soak/ wash in hot, hot water and scrub ALLLL the dead skin and dirt off. Looks like grey noodles. Super disgusting, but it’s the best thing for your skin. Leaves you SO smooth!!
Wait, do you genuinely believe he's responsible for bringing unemployment down from over 40% to under 5%? Like, seriously? Even if I showed you a graph that had Obama's last year on it, would you still think Trump was responsible?
>"Don't believe these phony numbers," Trump told supporters early last year. "The number is probably 28, 29, as high as 35 [percent]. In fact, I even heard recently 42 percent."
>“In the past, the president has referred to particular job reports as phony or totally fiction,” a reporter asked. “Does the president believe that this jobs report was accurate and a fair way to measure the economy?”
>“I talked to the president prior to this, and he said to quote him very clearly,” Spicer said. “They may have been phony in the past, but it’s very real now.”
https://www.politico.com/story/2017/03/trump-monthly-jobs-numbers-sean-spicer-235936
And you genuinely believe he's responsible for ISIS numbers dwindling? Like, you really think his super secret 30 day plan that he didn't want to tell anyone about actually worked, it just took a lot longer and started under Obama?
Guilt-Free is the brand name of those treats though: https://www.amazon.com/Eat-Me-Guilt-Free-Chocolate/dp/B084Y21R7Q. Just had a look at the first link in that gish gallop. The first one links to an r/politics post linking to a hilariously shitty article from some rag nobody's ever heard of.
The article tries to argue that because people were tweeting hashtags during the debate, bots were active.
Wut.
"But wait, the article cites 'an Oxford study." As if that means anything after stating that the study wasn't peer reviewed, and that machine learning is flawed.
Yeah... shit article.
I'm sure the rest of the list is well thought out, though, and not at all just as grasping, and I'm definitely going to waste my time with a gish gallop.

I was hoping someone would mention Dr. Ramani. Her book Don't You Know Who I Am is all about this exact thing that OP mentions.
In it she goes through and explains the difference between the actual clinical diagnoses and how those compare to how people use these terms casually to refer to a set of traits.
Even making this distinction, she still believes we are experiencing an epidemic of sorts, in that all of society is becoming more narcissistic, and so these traits are being emphasized and reinforced and actually are becoming more widespread.
We see small difference in spatial reasoning between genders from 10 month and this increases through out puberty. It is considered robust finding and has been replicated 1000s of times. Check out the meta-analysis.
You are talking about priming which is not a consistent area of study. It has a replication crisis.
I'm very pale and I live/born in the Caribbean. Everyone in my family tans easily except me . I'd recommend putting on lots of sunscreen, wearing hats and sunglasses, staying under beach umbrellas or shade when not in the water, and if you'd like, you can also wear a long sleeved waterproof shirt. That's how I survived every-time me and my family went to the beach.
Also make sure to always drink water and eat water based foods like fruits (melons and pineapples are the best). You can dry up easily so bring snacks that are refreshing with you. I'd also recommend this type of mesh towel that reduces sand in your area. It is truly a lifesaver if you hate sand.
I do agree with your post that sand fucking sucks. Alas, everyone in my family loves the beach so I can't escape it. I do love marine life and coral reefs, as well as the smell of the sea, but just like Anakin said, it's course, rough and gets everywhere.
Really I just go to the beach to enjoy the water, but sand ruins it.
It’s mostly that the official Reddit mobile app sucks, not using Reddit on mobile in general.

Source is history - The roots of the British/US hegemony in the Middle East can be found here...just finished it, and it's a good read. https://www.amazon.com/Silk-Roads-New-History-World-ebook/dp/B00XST7IX2
They are rich per capita, not in absolute dollar terms. They're 19th in that category, below Indonesia, so nothing to write home about. And nowhere in the Middle East actually has control of their oil supplies. OPEC was a move in that direction, but even that is heavily influenced by Western policies and markets.
The British entered the Middle East to control the oil. When they lost their hold on it, the US stepped in - and we have never quite left. A few nationalists movements here and there do not control grant.
Here's the 19th source - remember, it doesn't really matter what your spending power per capita is. We're not so vain that we can't allow a few rich countries in the Middle East. But, ultimately, our foreign policy is geared toward getting and controlling what they have. To put it another way - you're only a rich oil country - or any country - if someone wants what you have. The Saudis have oil. They'd be able to sell it pretty much anywhere, if they wanted. But we go out of our way to go get it.
https://www.investopedia.com/insights/worlds-top-economies/
Look at the first Iraq War, as well. The humanitarian reasons for protecting Kuwait were entirely made-up - the girl that testified about the infamous baby-killing was the daughter of a ranking Kuwaiti official. But we could not, could not allow those oilfields to slip out of our control. Saddam knew that - which is why he torched them on the way out.
Not asking this in a rude way, but do you know any black people? If you do, ask them about their hair since it will be very enlightening. Now keep in mind that I'm white so some of this may be inaccurate but this has been my experience living with a black woman for a few years.
Natural hair is hard as fuck to keep up. As the person I responded to said, that means hair that hasn't been chemically altered (which I believe is actually easier to care for than natural hair). For me, a white person with straight hair, that seems like no issue at all. The only things I do with my hair is put some product in it, shampoo/condition it, and get it cut occasionally.
> I feel like there’s a way easier third option between straighten or braid.
If a black person just washes but doesn't style their hair, it naturally forms an afro, which not everyone wants.
In general, a black person's hair is fragile, dry, and tightly coiled--the answer to the question you quoted is that they are protecting very sensitive hair. Washing that kind of hair doesn't happen every day but when it does happen it can take hours. Head scarfs/wraps are worn during the night to preserve a style and protect it from breakage that can happen from contact with a pillowcase.
This is a good link to learn more about the basics of black hair (it was actually kinda hard to find basic information to share). Hope this helps a bit.

WITH THAT BEING SAID everyone should at least have access to a safe abortion.

Youtube's 'not interested' button will never work. Install this.. It allows you to permanently blacklist entire channels, completely stopping them from showing up in the recommended feed and search results.
Also, just don't look at trending. There's no good reason to.
I read about it in this book by Guy Winch PhD. Chapter 7, low self esteem. There are a bunch of papers cited, I'll see what I can do about finding the relevant one(s).
This is fair point. Most of what F451 is talking about and attacking has become common place and his message is missed. Ironically. It's not about book burning or censorship. The story is about being disconnected from the real world by screens, television was his specific focus, but it's applicable to laptops and cell phones.
Essentially, Bradbury was basically saying the world we live in today would be horrible for humanity as we'd all become mindless idiots. It's hard for anyone who grew up in his world to understand how horrible it is.

You don't understand how metabolism works, your metabolism actually increases with added weight.
Here is an article by the Mayo clinic that explains it: https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/weight-loss/in-depth/metabolism/art-20046508
It's not a thumbnail, it's the most important features that are extracted from an image and represented as numbers.
For example, in face recognition you'd have features that represent different facial features but this can't be read. You the have to train another network to generate images from these representations if you wish to do so. This is an autoencoder and can be used for projects like:
https://thispersondoesnotexist.com/
Basically it finds a way to represent what a face is in different parameters, then you generate random numbers following the expected values for these features and can generate random faces.
No offense but the arguments you bring up are really bad.
Not all humans are homosexual, and according to these statistics I think it’s safe too say that humanity won’t be going extinct anytime soon.
Also for abortion you picked the worst argument out of all of them. Again not all pregnant people get abortion, and if you look at the link I gave you you’ll see that there’s no way humanity has any chance to go extinct for the time being. A better argument you could’ve come up with is “the morality issues revolving around abortions on whether or not it’s terminating a human life.”
As for your closing statement I do agree with it wholeheartedly, but I think you misinterpreted OP as saying he is intolerant to other people’s views as a whole. I believe what he was trying to say was that he can’t tolerate when people try and control other people’s lives through their own morality whether it being force, intimidation, or laws passed with a biased agenda, that’s what he is intolerant about.

At around $899 I would say this Epson Home Cinema 2250 possibly can match how hard you are projecting right now.
I work in an Emergency department in the inner city area. I know EXACTLY what you mean, but people go months, even years without proper diagnosis of mental health disorders. Focus less on the “professional diagnosis” and more on the warning signs of depression and suicide. One of my former coworker’s son hung himself in their home. Having been desensitized to “depression” he had neglected to see the warning signs.
Although your eyes may roll, this link May provide some assistance. You get an upvote regardless, because I believe this to be an unpopular opinion (despite this being a popular opinion in my friend/work circle sometimes).
So looking at the US you can get the Ulefone Note 7 for $61 from TeckniStore:

That works out as $7.54 a month. So cheaper than your landline and has the benefit of being able to take it anywhere with you plus will solve all your issues with needing a smartphone.

For all the driving examples- people should realize that you are making two comparisons. Your own driving, and everyone elses. The sample groups are disproportionate. It’s why we always believe we are better.
Sure I made a bad decision, but that was one, today, I’ve seen everyone else make hundreds of bad decisions in the same drive! Sure im the good one!
A good read for everyone would be “traffic”

You can order heroin online mate, you can buy stolen credit card information, you can download templates for making fake drivers licenses.
The internet is difficult to regulate. I can download WAMPServer on my desktop computer and have a website open to the world allowing users to stream the videos I host within an hour.
There’s a couple of ways your regulations can attempt to be implemented:
Every single country in the world agrees to implement laws which force web hosts to comply with these regulations (lol, never gonna happen)
Get ISP’s to block connection to websites that don’t comply.
If number 1 got implemented there’d still be shit loads of sites hosted in poorer countries accessible everywhere in the world. Just because a law is implemented doesn’t mean that the country which implemented it has the money and infrastructure to enforce it.
If number 2 got implemented there’d be a massive job of having to add every new site and new host to the blacklist and it still wouldn’t work, people would just use a proxy site, TOR or a VPN.
Here in the UK they tried to implement blocks on torrent streaming sites, it didn’t work. Sure, I can’t go directly to PirateBay but I can type in “Tpb proxy” on Google and get to it that way or open ToR browser and go straight to it or connect to NordVPN and go straight to it.
When thinking about implementing regulations you’ve got to think about whether they’re enforceable, in this case they’re not.
This is what I was referencing

> i don't think it's an unpopular opinion that rioting and looting is bad.
...really, I wouldn't get that impression at all looking around Reddit these days. Insane ideologues can be found in multiple subs trying to rationalize, justify and even condone the violence. You even have crazed activists now writing books about how looting and destruction is a GOOD THING:

...and they are fucking being PRAISED by leftist media for such publications!
One of my biggest pet peeves is this belief OP. Because it is guaranteed to be aimed at Abrahamic religions, namely Christianity. Because that's the only religion it's publicly acceptable to ridicule. I highly doubt that you would tell a Buddhist monk that he's stupid, or even believe you're more intelligent that any Buddhist alive. I doubt you're saying Hindus are stupid, you're not saying Muslims are stupid. You're saying religion but let's be honest, you mean Christianity, and not the type of Christianity the majority of contemporary christians practice, you mean radical evangelicals. As if all christians believe in prayer over medicine, dinosaurs don't exist, gays are evil. That's not what Christianity is. Now my next point. Sun Tzu said in The Art of War something about "to lift an autumn leaf is no remarkable feat" or something along those lines. In essence saying doing something easy isn't impressive. On a similar note, saying I don't believe something because I can't touch it or see it, doesn't make you smarter, because that's easy to do. The easiest thing in the world to do, is not believe if there's no proof. That doesn't make you orders of magnitude more intelligent, that makes you very very basic. Can't measure it? Doesn't exist. Can't see it? Isn't there. Can feel it? Isn't there. That requires not remarkable thought. What doesn't take remarkable intelligence, but at least takes something, namely courage, is to believe in something you can't prove. Because the world is wrought with people like you, who hold this banal view of baseless intellectual superiority. You posted this to unpopular opinion, however, it is the most popular mainstream opinion regarding religion in the media today. Everyone and their mother can be found bashing Christianity. Because it's acceptable, and popular and for whatever reason, people think it's edgy and sophisticated. It's not, it's easy.
I'm on board with lumping contraception in with preventaive care, but I'd be hard-pressed to deny that there is a difference between preventing an illness and preventing something that is supposed to happen.
That's the one. Basically, she influenced her boyfriend to kill himself. Texted him that he was worthless, his life had no meaning, and if he really loved her he should kill himself. Told him how to do it, etc. Basically caused a mentally unstable boy to go off the deep end by abusing his ego.

I'm not sure about a crash, exactly, since the market will most likely survive and probably do pretty well for itself, but triple-A titles are certainly going to take a major hit. Indie game studios aren't nearly so cash-grabby... contrast your Call of Duty example with, say, Undertale ($9.99 on Steam) or any number of NYOP titles on sites like itch.io. That's without getting into the major game studios that also don't overload on microtransactions and season passes; for instance, Valve is still making money off Team Fortress 2 with optional cosmetics that can still be obtained through regular gameplay.
But EA with its Battlefront BS? Yeah, that's gonna bite them square in the ass. Hopefully, what we get is a sizable enough portion of gamers turning away from such models that they aren't viewed as viable and we can keep an accessible game market. Either that, or the game market itself will fragment, much like other ventures (i.e. restaurants) would... which would be annoying, but probably not the end of the world.
>The unemployment rate is lower
He's asking about Trump, not Obama. Or do you really think Trump was responsible for that?
>"Don't believe these phony numbers," Trump told supporters early last year. "The number is probably 28, 29, as high as 35 [percent]. In fact, I even heard recently 42 percent."
>“In the past, the president has referred to particular job reports as phony or totally fiction,” a reporter asked. “Does the president believe that this jobs report was accurate and a fair way to measure the economy?”
>“I talked to the president prior to this, and he said to quote him very clearly,” Spicer said. “They may have been phony in the past, but it’s very real now.”

Again: https://www.webmd.com/oral-health/cleft-lip-cleft-palate#3.
If I had a child with a cleft palate, I'd like to help them avoid all these problems through a surgery that corrects a deformity that occurs in 0.1% of the world's population. Would you?
Also, do you have any evidence that it's more in depth and dangerous than circumcision? Anyway, there will be risks associated with all surgeries no matter what they are. Saying we shouldn't have surgeries because there are risks is like saying we shouldn't drive in cars because there's a chance of getting into an accident.
There will always be some issues, regardless of whether it's a serious case. https://www.webmd.com/oral-health/cleft-lip-cleft-palate#3 And I understand the purely logical argument you're trying to make here, but what child in their right mind would want to have a cleft palate?
> you know it defeats your entire argument'
Hahaha no. Even if I said cleft palate surgeries were wrong, all of my original points would still stand.
do you normally get this angry about posts on the internet
“toxic masculinity” arguments exist to DEFEND men, lol. As in, men act the way they do because of socialization to be aggressive and masculine
also gender bias when it comes to men and children legally is largely false
ProtonVPN is a legitimate VPN service based out of Switzerland with more than 1,300 servers in over 55 countries. ... ProtonVPN is a safe VPN to use. They have a strict no data logging policy, so even if your data is requested by someone, ProtonVPN has no data to hand over. - copied from the site
Its basic package (email and vpn) are free and will always be free however, upgrades like more emails being sent out will require a small fee that is paid yearly.
I think it's a great vpn because it's recommended for activists and journalists and the vpn uses swiss privacy laws as its basis.
That being said, it drains battery pretty quickly so use with caution?

Use these earth friendly ones. My ex and I used to love the song 99 red balloons, and when he and I talked about when he died, he asked me to release balloons. Instead I release a red balloon on significant dates. I just use earth friendly balloons and twine.
You do you man. Maybe just buy some plastic straws, or a titanium one! (If you want to be environmentally friendly.) Or wash and reuse a plastic straw. Or drink out of the spout of the carton. I agree with you those paper straws are terrible they fall apart and feel uncomfortable texture on my mouth. But I prefer to just sip drinks now anyway idk why.
I’m not sure, but there are 2 books on the subject.

I started using reddit out of necessity. I needed information and Reddit seemed like the best place to find it.
Then I found RES and Sync for reddit which both support collapsed comment threads. Thats when Reddit started making sense to me.
You might want to do some research before using that as an argument against transgendered people. You may also just want to read the quote you pasted, which very clearly says what I am about to explain.
Gender dysphoria was added to DSM-5 and gender identity disorder was removed. This was done because GID focused on the incongruity of the person’s gender with what they felt themselves to be. Now, gender dysphoria focuses on the distress caused by this incongruity.
In other words, the issue is not that someone doesn’t feel like the gender their body is (that in and of itself is not considered to be an issue at all), the issue as recognized by DSM-5 is that someone feels distressed over this. Treatment aims to get rid of the distress, not the feeling of not being one’s true gender. A valid treatment is transitioning.
Someone who does not feel that they are their true gender but who is not distressed does not have gender dysphoria. Someone who transitions and then no longer feels distress does not have gender dysphoria. Neither of those people have an issue according to DSM-5.
Source that explains it well.
"In contrast to the person of contemporary history, the person of public life is an undefined legal term for which there is no precise definition in German law. However, case law has so far defined that the public interest in information originating from a person's private sphere is justified if the person concerned causes a public stir or is prominent. Mere presence at important events, on the other hand, is not sufficient for reporting. Especially for children and adolescents, an undisturbed private sphere is clearly more important than the interest of the media."

Thats what i found on a side for information for journalists (in Germany).
I'd like a source on that, with actual stats, because this articles and many others say that every new generation is LESS likely to out earn their parents.
>The widening gap between rich and poor Americans has pushed the chances of children earning more money than their parents down to around 50 percent, economic researchers say. That's a sharp fall from 1940, when 90 percent of kids were destined to move up the income ladder.
So this idea there is more opportunity than ever seems to be a pipe dream. In 80 years the likelyhood fell by 40%. By that logic, in another 80, only 10% of people will out earn their parents.
And in another 40, it will be literally impossible.
Alfred Binet designed the first IQ test then said it’s a bad measure of intelligence.
(Here’s WebMDs take on IQ tests and there lack of validity)[https://www.webmd.com/brain/news/20121218/iq-test-really-measure-intelligence]
(Here’s another article calling out IQ tests for the bullshit they are)[http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/science/science-news/9755929/IQ-tests-do-not-reflect-intelligence.html]
They oversimplify measurements of intelligence through a questionaire that takes less than an hour to complete - If you think you can deride a person’s general intelligence accurately in less than an hour through a series of questions on a computer screen and a one time donation of $20 then I have a bridge in Manhattan to sell you.
>So the Japanese are supremacists then?
Not familiar with the Japanese government. Do they strip other races/ethnicities of rights given to non asian people? Do they forbid or restrict positions of power to non ethnic asian people along with that? If they do then yes. They are supremacists.
Ive been using Youtube Vanced on Android. Its my new favorite thing, you also have access to youtube music though downloads have issues. NO ADS at all, the yellow blocks still show but vance blocks them. You can also block ads in your home page as you scroll. Ironically I found out about Vanced from another post on this.
Not an unpopular opinion, one I agree with to an extent. I'd say modern mainstream music is pretty bad. The shit spewed out over the radio that's designed for commercial purposes and not so much artist creativity or originality. A lot of genres feel tired and worn out too, imo. But despite all that there are still people making really good music!
You might find some bands you like here.
"Every Noise at Once is an ongoing attempt at an algorithmically-generated, readability-adjusted scatter-plot of the musical genre-space, based on data tracked and analyzed for 3,804 genre-shaped distinctions by Spotify as of 2020-01-03. The calibration is fuzzy, but in general down is more organic, up is more mechanical and electric; left is denser and more atmospheric, right is spikier and bouncier. Click anything to hear an example of what it sounds like. Click the » on a genre to see a map of its artists. Be calmly aware that this may periodically expand, contract or combust." - Every Noise
Some good OneNote alternatives here.
As for editing programs, you could get LibreOffice(completely free) or torrent some older version of Office, like 2010. I went with LibreOffice and Simplenote.
Your opinion is very unpopular like "the Earth is flat" https://telegram.org/apps
All the code is open and there is end-to-end encryption.
BTW, it was an attempt to ban Telegram in Russia. It means something.
Not at all. It simply means you don’t know what you’re talking about. You’re taking about absolute strength, which is only one kind. However the human strength curve is more complex than that. I.e...

Not expecting anything. At all. But we are expecting adolescents to fight their natural sleep cycle to accommodate the 50 adults that work at a school. I'd highly recommend the book "Why we sleep", if you want to learn more about how we can optimize human growth and learning through simple changes to sleep schedules.
so don’t use a plastic bag and use an alternative instead of making everyone else deal w a problem you don’t really care about
They are also hot and give some people acne and more uncommonly yest infections from dry skin and a moist atmosphere. Also makes glasses hard to see out of.
This isn't an opinion, it's just a fact that happens to you. They make headbands that have buttons on the side for you to put the strings on as well as straps that lay on the back of your head. Go look for your options if it's that bothersome and thank you for wearing a mask.

We should be thankful for sponsors, because of them, Erik and others get money and keep creating content. Do you think youtubers should work for free, huh? Seeing how much work Erik puts in every video, I'm happy that he has a sponsor and a normal one as NordVPN.
I don't know personally I think the creative comments are the content and the bits are just sort of extra. Personally I like the NordVPN and Nobbleberry but to each his own.
Edit: okay well I have seen his article 13 video yet. I still liked the Nobbleberry bits but I can see how you might think it's stale. Definitely not how best video.
Step 1. Cancel your netflix account
Step 2. Buy monthly subscription for a good VPN, Private Internet Access, for example. ($6/month, a fraction of what it costs for a netflix account.)
Step 3. Download Deluge or other P2P sharing software. (Avoid Utorrent at all costs, as it has been proven to use your computer in a botnet/zombie computer network.)
Step 4. Activate VPN and enjoy everything for free w/o your ISP giving you shit.

Ok, I get that a lot of trump criticism on the internet is pretty cringe. But there is really no denying the fascistic elements of Trumps administration. This Article goes over Umberto Eco’s 14 hallmarks of fascism. Give them a look and see how many match up to stuff happening in America today.

OP let me help by directing you towards this quick lesson on 'Who vs Whom'
There's this plugin called Reddit Enhancement Suite. You can use it to set filters for specific subs. For example, I block all mention of Brexit on UK subs and all websites with pictures on /r/europe. You can also use that to make a blacklist of topics on this sub, for example, your experience might improve if you block all submissions with the words rape, or transsexual in the title.
To get back to your main point. I don't think this sub's name, or even it's mods idea about what it is should weigh on your mind too much. Treat it like a casual debate sub and take it from there. Or a place where you can marvel at teenagers making their first inept steps at philosophy. Or maybe a sub that shows what is on the American mind. Just by looking at this sub's front page you can tell that gender relations and non-hetro lifestyles are much on their minds.
If it's about holding up your end of the bargain I am all for it.
But studies show that it is not at all what you describe with 'both are happy'.
These studies note that the quality of life of a man depends much more on his wife's happiness than the reverse.
You would think that his or her happiness are equally related to the spouses happiness, but no. When a wife is unhappy, she has the power to make your life miserable, while a man's unhappiness does not seem to affect the wife's quality of life.
This is not just unfair, but making the wife happy can be pretty tricky, given that women can often be very unclear themselves about what it is that makes them happy.
