Let's you know EXACTLY when there will be a dead boring scene in a movie so you can go run to pee real quick. It also fills you in with a short summary of what you missed.
You can also set the app to vibrate at every dead scene so you won't have to check your watch every two seconds.
Never go to a movie theater without this app!
EDIT: Also tells if there are any after credits scenes. Thank you to all replies below me that reminded me of that feature!
You should check RunPee. It tells you when is a good time to pee (because the plot slows down, for example). I use it to know if there are going to be post-credits scenes, which is something that RunPee provides too.
I'm the only person I know who uses it, so I'm going to say RunPee. I consider it an essential part of going to the cinema.
So you push a button when the movie starts, and during the movie your phone will vibrate to tell you that it's one of the best places in the movie to run to the toilet, without missing any really good or important scenes.
It also tells you if there are any post-credits scenes to stick around for, a feature that's becoming more and more handy as comic book films become more numerous.
Runpee. is a really good app for frequent movie goes it tells you the best times to run and pee mid-movie. It also gives you a synopsis so you know what you missed while you were in the bathroom. It sends you a notification and a vibration when a pee time is coming up. It also lets you know if there is anything extra after the end credits.
Runpee An app to tell you the best times to run and pee mid-movie. It also gives you a synopsis with each "Peetime" as they call it, so you know what you missed while you were in the bathroom. It also lets you know if there is anything extra after the end credits.
Try Runpee for Apple iOS or Android. You pick your movie before it starts. When the logo for producer of the actual movie shows (e.g. 20th Century Fox), you flip your phone over. When there is a "skippable" moment to pee in the movie, your phone will vibrate. It will then tell you (once you unlock your phone) how long the "Peetime" is and what you missed (e.g. Tony Stark decides to confront Obidiah Stane).
You can also view the list of peetimes throughout the movie (without the plot details) before the movie starts so you know how many pee times there are. It'll also tell you if there is a mid-credits or end-credits scene, and if you don't feel like watching them, a synopsis of what happens in them.
There's an app called Run to Pee that let's you know when the best time to leave a movie to go pee is so you don't miss anything important plot wise. It's available for iOS as well.
Tells you good times to go pee during a movie, and what happens while you're gone. Also if there's anything during or after credits.
Here is my life hack: Runpee app! Heaven forbid we have to go to the bathroom during those 3 hours, but this app is a life saver!!!
If you have an Android phone you should check out RunPee.
It's a free app that tells you when the best time is to go to the bathroom so you won't miss much. It even gives you a recap of what's happening while you're in the bathroom.
Isn't there a website that calculates the best time to go to the toilet while watching a movie at the cinema? You could use that to find a good place to stop
Edit: there is an app called RunPee. Here's the android link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=air.RunPee
Ha - installed that one when it was first released but have never got around to using it!
Anyways, here's a very old random app contribution: RunPee
EDIT: just opened it and looks like they've switched over to some silly token system now.
Get the RunPee app it tells you the best times to go to the loo by rumbling https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/runpee.com/id450326239?mt=8 (iOS)
My fellow, I know your struggle from every perspective you mentioned.
With one particular struggle, I can recommend RunPee. An app that tells you (spoilerfree) when the best time to piss is during a movie, complete with timer and vibration.
Here’s a hypothetical: You’re at the movie theater and didn’t intend on getting the large Coke with the large popcorn, but it was literally only a dollar more than the regular, so you were like, “WOW, WHAT A BARGAIN!” Before the previews are over, you’ve already downed half the soda. Now you’re filled to bursting with high fructose corn syrup water, and the movie’s about to start. You need a bathroom break, but you don’t want to miss any of the action. What’s a guy to do? BOOM. RunPee. RunPee is an app that tells you the perfect time to run to the bathroom during your movie, and gives you a synopsis of what you’ve missed when you get back. You’ll never miss an important scene again. It’s basically the best app since Tinder. Apple | Android
> That'll just have to make me piss halfway through the movie
The RunPee app exists to improve your movie-going experience. The database is updated weekly, whenever wide-release films open in theaters -- to tell you the best times to run and pee, without missing the best scenes. Of course, we provide a synopsis with each Peetime, so you will know exactly what you missed while you're gone. There is no other information like this in the entire world. We have over 1,300 movies in our database, and more added every week
RunPee will make your phone vibrate in your pocket at times when it's "safe" to go to the bathroom without missing much - just start the timer at the beginning of the movie and you're all set. It also gives you a synopsis of what you're missing.
RunPee ; app that tells you the best time to pee during a movie and will give you a synopsis of the scene you missed. As a frequent pee-goer, it changed my life.
Apparently RunPee is a good app for this. Supposedly it buzzes in your pocket when it's a good time to run to the bathroom, and then gives you a breakdown of what you mean.
RunPee - tells you when to take a bathroom break during movies, and tells you how long you have and what you're missing
Untappd - Nifty app that lets you track beers you drink, and also follow friends to see what they're drinking. Can be useful to help you remember what you and/or your friends have liked/disliked in the past.
Chronus - My favorite time & weather widget. Bonus points if you go grab an API key so you can use Wunderground as your weather provider.
CyanogenMod Calculator - Because the damn stock calculator INSISTS on reading numbers to me, and all the workarounds are too complicated to be worth it.
Open Camera - My favorite camera (assuming you're not on stock Touchwiz)
Movie Twist - Suggests movies to watch based on similar movies that you like
Tinder - Pick up hot chicks to show off your sexy Note 4 to.
Acho que é o RunPee https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=air.RunPee

I'd say one of the best ones didn't even make the list. RunPee is extremely useful if you really need to go during a movie.
I thought you were kidding.
You can use RunPee. I use it to check post-credits scenes.
Don't camel up before a long movie. Use the RunPee app, in an emergency. Problem solved.
RunPee. Says in which moment of the film you can leave and go to the bathroom and has an little explanation of that unimportant moment.
Reddit Sync My favorite Reddit client. There's people who prefer relay.
Rewun (icon pack) One of my favorite icon packs.
AutomaTag Sets music information and album cover automatically.
Good ES file explorer (go to apkmirror) ES File Explorer version before Cheetah Mobile purchase.
Adaway Removes almost all in-app ads.
Phonograph Music Player Best music player I've find so far.
Photo Editor Simple photo editor with no ads. I like it because there's no unnecessary stuff and is very easy to use.
Snapseed Great app for editing photos. You can make such beautiful edits. The utility I give to this one is much different than the utility I give to the previous app, but I can't explain it. You'll understand when you see them.
Pixolor Lets you know the color of the different pixels of the screen. Has a shortcut in the status bar.
There's an app for that!

Sounds like RunPee
This app was great to know when it was a good time to run to the restroom when I went to theaters pre-covid:
