Try using an app like SleepyTime to help plan out your sleep schedule to wake up at the correct times feeling more refreshed. You want to wake up in Stage 1 of the sleep cycle. I would say to open up your curtains to allow natural light into your room in the morning, but 4:30 is before the sun rises.
