This one is simple but effective and this one has some more advanced features you can play around with. I've used both and they work quite well; generally prefer the former one because it's quite easy to set up. However, if you took the time to properly configure the second one then you could have your game be much more 'autonomous' i.e. restarting after network errors, switching teammates when someone is exhausted, etc.

It's Easy to use and doesn't consume too much battery power.
Okay, two options I can give you.
You said you tried BlueStacks, right? Well, that's probably the best Android emulator out there, so you're gonna have to explain what exactly your problem was. How beefy is your PC? Because from my experience, emulating Android takes a lot of processing power.
You said you don't have an Android phone, so I'm assuming you have an iPhone. If that's the case, get ApowerMirror. After doing some research, this appears to the closest thing to Samsung Dex for iOS right now. It's free, but the ability to adjust the window size is locked behind a paywall.
