Anything over $100 is unreasonable, check groupon to get actually fair prices. Lots of times you can find deals that work out to less than $50 a session, just make sure they have real laser (diode, nd:yag, alexandrite) and not just IPL.
Fellow Londoner here, unfortunately I havent been able to find much in person.... Some Shoppers MAY have 25g 5/8". But usually they have the weird safety tip and i dont like that lol Yurek has 1mL luer lok syringes. Those are my go to. You can go in person to get them or order a box online.

Amazon has 18g 1" which again are my go to, i find 1.5" too long. Disposable Sterile 100Pack (18G-1IN/25mm) (BOX OF 200) https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07Z4855J1/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_2E4AYY8Y6N84M1N9J98K?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I just brought a bag that I could keep my clothes in when I had to remove them. They have these cubby like things where your bag and jacket can go.
The day after surgery you’ll have a virtual follow up appointment and the day after that (in your case the 18th) is just a chill day.
The elastic bandage is literally just this ( https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07KY23MYJ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_0480XKKC0PR0K96GSZH6?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 ) but slightly longer.
Bring your phone so when the nurse gives you the clear to leave you can contact the person that’s accompanying you.
I have had some luck at Nordstrom Rack though it can be a bit of a crap shoot as they only get a couple of pairs of 12’s & 13’s occasionally and they don’t last long. Here as an option for winter boots from Amazon. The only lube you should buy is the Healthcare brand that one in green tubes.
I've either had terrible luck or all other lubes cause burning. I tried several other water based and some may feel okay the first dilation and second only for you to start to develop z constant burning pain in your groin area by the third.

You can, 5% lidocaine can be purchased over the counter. Zensa is a 5% lidocaine product. i find most pharmacies however dont carry it. I tell many to just look on amazon for it. I can get it in stock and my beauty wholesaler also keeps a supply. I sell single tubes to my clients when they need but I'm not getting into shipping I just do it as a convenience for my clients.I dont mark it up much and so it's definitely not a "profit item" and I'm pretty competitively priced at $45 , here's the only amazon listing I saw:
