There is no bike lane on that part of McFarland, or any part that I'm aware of. I lived on 14th Ave for a couple years. There was always plenty of room to park on the street and you won't get towed unless it's gameday. It's about a 10 minute walk from campus, about 16 to 20 minutes from the Ferguson Building. It is a little bit of a walk, really not bad if you can attach your bike on your car, but it's much safer than biking on McFarland. Here is the address to where I used to live. There are probably closer places you can park if you leave early enough, but this street always had room.
Edit: Sorry, you won't get towed on gameday either if you park on the curb, but it will be full pretty early on Fridays before gameday.
The DDR3 is last gen ram, the DDR4 is current gen Ram, the speed is the difference, the 16gb of DDR4 is actually better than the 32gb of DDR3.
This is the Amazon page for the DDR4, honestly I accidentally bought two sets and didn't need the second set.

I have Comcast. As much as I hate them as a company they offer speeds that AT&T can't. I have been with them for about 5 years now and overall the service has been very reliable. Screenshot of my speeds over WiFi. I have not done a hard wired speed in a while but I would imagine it would be a little over 60 down and around the same up. If you do end up going with Comcast, buy your own modem as they charge you a monthly fee for renting their modem and in the long run you will save money by buying your own. I suggest this one. It's what I use and has performed very well for me.
