Hi u/TheHighGroundwins
we have used a screenshot of an official Kdenlive 19.2 announcement. It uses a dark theme and the layout has been adjusted, hence it looks different from it's default appearance.
Kind regards

LOL. Sorry, had that in mind for our latest tests, but that was on Ryzen CPUs -_-
Don't know if that might even work with Intel, too, but there are of course other monitoring tools, you could use. For example s-tui or you take one of these suggested tools here

I don't think so, it may be a little too flexible for that. I'm using any large hardcover books that happen to be lying around when I need a sturdy support for the Pulse. ;)
That said, I found another fitting sleeve for the Pulse 15, but that is even more floppy: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B01L9EQ4LE/ I'm using it alternately with the above when I need a more padded protection or just for variety. It is very tight, though, but it will loosen a bit with time.
I have bought this cable for my pulse 14, and as I previously said, no flickers at 4K 60Hz under Manjaro, and very seldom under Windows 11.
I also didn't use to have the right screw drivers, I bought this off amazon - has loads of screw drivers in every shape imaginable. It is also not too expensive and help me tighten lose screws on my old tuxedo laptop.
/sys/class/power_supply/<supply_name>/charge_control_end_threshold
seems to be responsible for controlling the charge limit in Linux, if supported.

If you look at the System Requirements for QubesOS, as long as you choose an option with 16GB of RAM or more this laptop will match the recommended specs.
I have no idea how much resources the individual Qubes take but likely the most critical one is RAM. You definitely want at least 16GB, but depending on what software you will run, maybe even 32GB.
As for Tails it's just another Linux distro so it should easily run.
Hi Dominic,
well, that obviously was a mistake then ^^
I arranged yesterday that you get refunded for your ordered secondary power supply as a small compensation for your efforts, but obviously the full purchase amount was refunded by mistake.
Would you be so kind to transfer it back? We will then do the power supply refund seperately ^^
Regarding the power cord you need: You need a power cable with the C5 connector (also called 3-pin) to a NEMA-1 or NEMA-5 US power plug. Fore example here

This is the only brand on amazon.de that I have ever heard of apart form apple (and their chargers cost loads):
https://www.amazon.de/-/en/Satechi-Type-C-Travel-Charger-Adapter-Eu/dp/B07M97XGNZ/ref=sr_1
But this one looks big than the charger that comes with the laptop. I really want something a bit smaller and more portable.
