Srong Curves is marketed to women but is a a good lifting program for anyone. There's a sub, r/StrongCurves, where you can find more support.
As for accidental bulking, that's not a concern for anyone really, let alone a woman on the road to ED recovery. Adding significant muscle mass is a choice that takes subtantial dedication.
I got a gyro ball which strengths your wrist they are pretty cheap. Id highly recommend getting one. Took away pain and strengthened my fingers too.
I use red and black ones. Like these. Once you get them, there are many youtube videos on how to use them. You can combine with barbell for deadlifts, use them by themselves.
This will give you big forearms if you stick with it. You can also just make one at home with a wood stick, a rope, and a nail. Put a weight at the end, hold your arms straight in front of you, roll the weight up to the bar from the floor, roll it back down, repeat. You'll hate it. Enjoy!

One of the most important things, which you're noticing, is to be hydrated before you start the activity that can dehydrate you. I know you mentioned Gatorade, but you should also focus on heavy water intake after work and before work. You might need a few days to adjust to all of this also. I worked outside running around a lot last summer and used these as needed.
You need to avoid anything that completely destroys your legs. Find a program with a carefully planned submaximal training approach.
This program is great for combining running and lifting. Ignore the military stuff. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Tactical-Barbell-Protocol-K-Black-ebook/dp/B0B19XF5W2
You could also consider any of the conditioning focused 531 variants found in 531 forever.
I really like the app Lyfta, you can explore among 2000+ workouts for free. You can edit them or create your own workouts. And they have done a really good job of visualizing your progress over time.
Here’s the roller of course you don’t have to get that one. It’s just so you know what they look like :)
I'd say your best bet is to do a mix of calisthenics and dumbbell workouts.
The only other equipment I'd recommend is a pull-up bar you can put on your door
https://www.amazon.com/ProSource-Multi-Grip-Chin-Up-Pull-Up-Black/dp/B01H7OW5KY/ref=sr_1_5?crid=1ISM8QBNO98XR&keywords=pull+up+bar&qid=1644161834&sprefix=pull+up+%2Caps%2C177&sr=8-5
I'm gonna divide your workout into a push, pull, legs circuit; when I say 4 X 10 this means 4 sets of 10 reps, the first number is always the sets, the second is the reps
Push
4X10 Neutral Pushups
4X10 Incline Pushups
4X10 Decline Pushups
4X10 Diamond Pushups
3X12 Skull Crushers
4X10 Pike Pushups (this eventually builds to wall-assisted hand stand push-ups)

Pull
5X5 Pull-Ups (if you can't do them yet, do negatives, if you can't do negatives, do dead hangs
5X5 Neutral Grip Pull-ups( same progression as pull-ups)
4X12 Dumbbell Rows
5x10 Bicep curls (preferably inclined if you can find a setup for it)
5X10 Hammer curls
Legs
4X10 Jumping Squats
4X10 Bulgarian Split Squats
2X25 Normal Squats
3X10 Pistol Squats (hold onto a table if necessary
4X15 Calf Raisers
4X10 One-legged Calf Raisers
Extra
I like to do some sort of core workout after every workout, my beginning core circuit looked liked this
4X10 Sit-ups
Supersetted with
4X15 Crunches
4X10 Leg Raisers
3XFailure Bicycle Crunches
Side planks and regular planks until failure
Also feel free to do cardio after if you have the energy, I prefer swimming or tennis, but anything that gets you moving is great.
Also sorry about the text formatting, I don't use Reddit often
You can't choose where to lose fat but you can choose where to build muscle. First and foremost, at your age, don't do any restrictive dieting. Eat lots of protein if you can (eggs, milk, chicken, tofu, beans, cheese, protein powder if you need it, tuna, beef etc). The most important thing is to learn the difference between real hunger and boredom/emotions hunger. Since you're 14, I don't think a gym membership would be feasible for you so here's an app for home workouts you can do as a beginner. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=homeworkout.homeworkouts.noequipment Building muscle will make fat less obvious and burn fat all around your body. Also, try to incorporate stuff like walking, and climbing stairs into your life. Will help remain healthy.
There are elastic waist belts. They keep your belly tucked in. I had to wear one after abdominal surgery. They are just a big band that wrap around and attach with velcro. Something like this belly band
That one is for someone who is pregnant but it's the same concept.
I recently switched to OWYN (Only What You Need) shakes due to dietary restrictions. You can find them on Amazon. I highly recommend them from a taste and texture perspective. My favorite is the Cookies and Creamless flavor
They're completely allergen free
Thank you for this. It is a simple 4 day split. I like that.
An Amazon review of the book read:
"Wendler 5/3/1
- Great for novice/intermediate/advanced lifters
- Uses large compound lifts (Squat/Deadlift/Bench Press/Military Press) for core programming
- Provides bullet point tips for big lifts (Wendler praises Rippetoe's SS book for learning the lifts)
- Slower gains (linear progression through 4 week cycles) but structured in a way that allows progression to continue for years
- Builds a great foundation of strength but also allows for more accessory work flexibility to tailor the program to your goals
- Addresses diet from several angles (fast bulking, slow gains, losing fat, eating right, book recommendations)
- Very flexible programming (many templates anywhere from 2 days/week to 4 days/week, longer cycles, periodization, DoggCrapp, North of Vag, etc)"
It seems the gains could be slower.
I will experiment with my 4-day split and perhaps return to this 5/3/1 for the long run.
I think the best would be a vest like this so you can combine what weights you use. Around 10kg(22lb) overload is quite good to begin with.
You could try a Soda Stream. You can use the CO2 cartridges to add carbonation to your water and add some Soda Stream flavors as well.
Edit: Here is a link.
On android https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fitworkoutfast or Full Controll, depend if you want to provide own exercises or use already created.
A bit of shameless self promotion but I've been working out for 5-6 years now and decided to build my own workout tracker app after using nearly every popular gym app out there. I do it as a side project, and it's free ofc :) I wonder what you would think of it! Feel free to check it out at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.myworkinprogress.twa or https://myworkinprogress.app
Some otium headphone are Bluetooth look like beats. Wrap around the ear. Pause skip songs answer phone calls. 20 USD these
Benches can vary in price quite a bit, the high quality ones get pretty expensive and are hard to find during the pandemic(at least where I'm from). Usually the higher the price the more sturdy and higher weight limit it has. The first one I bought early on in the pandemic had a weight limit of like 300lbs and was under 200$. That was on Amazon.

I'm Canadian but I'm sure if this isn't available you could find something similar.
On android you could use Workuts'N'Rest . It will not create workout for you, but once you find program (I recommend "All gains, no pains" by BIll Hartman) you could enter and track it. Most apps use selection by body parts anyway.
Their are pre made protein shakes Premier Proteins Vanilla Protein Shake, 11oz (Pack of 12, Total of 132oz) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07F3JQGJX/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_nsn9FbT63E911 this brands is really good it has 30g protein and only 160 calories. They have a bunch of flavors. Chocolate is the best imo
You can give this a try. I don't know if it's any good though. I took an old wheelbarrow tub, a short tow strap, a longer strap and heavy duty clips and made my own.
I really like these: Knee Compression Sleeve for Men & Women - Knee Brace Support for Running, Jogging, Sports, Joint Pain Relief, Arthritis & Injury Recovery - Knee Braces for Knee Pain - Single Wrap Medium https://www.amazon.com/dp/B019ZK0WS0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_6uv3FbHMNW5KX?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
But I would add that nothing helps me more than icing after a workout.
There are many programs and apps. All depends on your goals and past injuries. I would recommend to start with Bill Hartman "all gains, no pains". But you could start with any program that has progression e.g "Starting Strength". Apps I recommend is WorkoutsNRest and Full Control.
I use these, Whatafit Resistance Bands Set (16pcs), Exercise Bands with Door Anchor, Handles, Carry Bag, Legs Ankle Straps for Resistance Training, Physical Therapy, Home Workouts (Set3) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07V7B2VJB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabc_dlC_LsyWFb9GCRH3W?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 . They absolutely can be great for building muscle, as with free weights just work up to increased resistance with full body workouts. You can YouTube band workouts for advice. You can even use multiple hands together at once to increase the resistance, as pointed out on the product page description. Time under tension is all that’s needed for muscle growth, which is why even body weight alone can cause gains.
When I first read the post, it stood out to me because I get a similar feeling. I often eat snacks/unhealthy meals because I feel starved but it’s actually my body telling me I’m dehydrated. I’d recommend buying a large water botter (plastic is cheap) and make a habit of chugging it when you wake up, chugging before a meal, chugging before bed. Eventually teach yourself better reminders such as drink some every 30mins but as an immediate action just start chugging water at important times. You’re body is roughly 60% water, if you train hard you desperately need to replenish the water used.
I’m confident that there is protein powder for cheap somewhere. I go to Trader Joe’s and can get some for roughly 20$. If you really exhausted 100% of all options nearby, and online for example:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00SCO8AA8/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_api_fabc_-58VFbEH0G81W?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
This is only 15$
Then you need to create your own high protein meals. The best high protein options to eat are:
1) eggs 2) peanuts / peanut butter 3) almonds 4) chicken 5) oats 6) cottage cheese 7) Greek yogurt 8) milk 9) broccoli 10) beans 11) lean beef 12) tuna
They’re made by a company called Cleer. I got them about 4 years ago when they were only sold in airports for around $200. Now you can get them on Amazon way cheaper. They sound great. I used them for audio sound mixing.
https://www.amazon.com/Cleer-DU-High-Definition-Driver-Headphone/dp/B010NN74XE
Amazon has some really good ones that are comparable to more expensive brands: 90 Degree By Reflex - High Waist Power Flex Legging - Tummy Control - Black XS https://www.amazon.com/dp/B015XA2HGQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_B7DcEbGY0JKRV
Just bought some Gymshark items from their black Friday sale. They are good but I couldn't bring myself to pay full price. I'd say wait for a sale there.
Costco had Adidas leggings a year or so ago and they are prob my favorite pair.
Lastly - Old Navy has some decent ones too. They are always on sale this time of the year.
I prefer https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fitworkoutfast&hl=en_SG it could work offline and count rest.
App I wrote open source . always lacking rest that could be adjusted. So I write my own. Sure. It depends if you got your program, but if you do, than with my app you could finish your training as fast as possible.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fitbod.fitbod I found this one. It looks like you can add exercises and reps so you can build your own workout. The only think I don't think it has after reviewing the app is a share feature. That being said it does look easy enough to set someone up with the same workout.
Edit: the Jetfit app seems to allow you to add a workout plan and friends to track progress. It might fit your needs a bit more although the layout is a little less user friendly.
Then you're definitely not too heavy for your height. Don't take this as an excuse not to work out, but don't beat yourself up too much.
If you want to do some daily workouts at home, check this out app out:

After your done with your workout i would say just wash your face with some kind of cleanser for the face i like the CeraVe company has a lot of cleanser, soup, mousturizing cream and they are good for the skin. You need to do at least use a cleanser and then mousturizing. Usually face mask are to hydrated or exfoliate but this is like once a week. Here is a link to the cleanser https://www.amazon.com.mx/Cerave-Foaming-Facial-Cleanser-Ounce/dp/B003YMJJSK
I really do enjoy the grip, especially for a beginner - they dont rip your hands to shreds if your gripping to hard and to soft etc hahah!
Heres something similar:
York Fitness 20 kg Cast Iron Spinlock Dumbbell - Adjustable Hand Weights Set (Pack of 2) - Black https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B004ELB550/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_5x6rFbJ9B56R6
You are right. I found your same one here... https://www.amazon.co.uk/Everlast-Womens-Pilates-Door-Gym/dp/B0007Q3DTC/ref=sr_1_sc_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1328989358&sr=8-1-spell I’ll look for instructions
Hey! I bought this from amazon. Just a mini elliptical so it's definitely not anything fancy but i've been using it since May and i lost about 20 pounds! It has resistance bands which i love but i also invested in 10lb weights to use independently from the elliptical lol
Take the 30 day 100 pushups per day challenge. Try two sets of 30 and two sets of 20 per day. It will hurt the first few days. By the end of the month you shouldn't have a problem busting through 30. OR Wear a weighed vest from Amazon like this https://www.amazon.com/Yes4All-Weighted-Vest-Single-Weight/dp/B07Y83DY5Z/ref=mp_s_a_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=weighted+vest+12lbs&qid=1589150824&sprefix=Weighted+vest+12&sr=8-5 Build yourself up to being able to do 20 or more with it on. Once you take it off you will have no problem doing 35, 40, etc.
Soreness is part of the process. I’d say get your butt back in there when it opens and enjoy the process. It will suck, may not be great right away, but as long as you are a better version of yourself tomorrow, that is all that matters. Don’t worry about having to have a rest day or a sub-par workout; not everything will be perfect. Getting yourself in there is the hardest part, after that, just do what you can. To help with soreness though, I used this:
Legion Recharge Post Workout Supplement - All Natural Muscle Builder & Recovery Drink with Creatine Monohydrate. Naturally Sweetened & Flavored, Safe & Healthy. Watermelon, 60 Servings. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LTBZUJE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_cChUEbXC48VHV
It’s an amazon link. Have this after your workout, and it cut down the soreness so much! When I first started working out, I used this so I could workout daily, but if ya miss a day and become sore, it doesn’t do much to reverse that. Only prevents more. I gave it to some friends as well, and they all have the same experience (3 friends). After about 3 months where I could deal with soreness and my body adapted to lifting, my soreness isn’t as bad and didn’t need it anymore. I’d say maybe try this for a couple months as you are lifting again to prevent soreness and help you get into routine, then ease yourself off if you can if it is too expensive. If I had the extra income honestly, I’d keep on taking it haha, but it adds up; worth the value when starting though. By no means does this make you gain muscle fast in my experience, just negates soreness and creatine to help water weight gain/full muscle look.
These are battle ropes, here’s something similar on amazon...
Gronk Fitness Inertia Wave Workout Ropes Edition | Heavy Battle Rope Alternative for Strength Training | Rubber Battle Ropes | Elastic Battle Ropes for an Abdominal Workout https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YN7MX71/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_UdCPEb7Q2P082
Check out these Ankers on paper they shouldn’t work as well as they do for jogging but with the right fittings included in the box they work well for me 2019 Upgraded, Anker Soundcore Liberty Neo True Wireless Earbuds, Pumping Bass, IPX7 Waterproof, Secure Fit, Bluetooth 5 Headphones, Stereo Calls, Noise Isolation, One Step Pairing, Sports, Work Out https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MCGZK3B/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_bZZ7DbBV52C2A
preferably a bar that's sizable so you can grip it like this

I would not do this between two chairs and palms down, that's asking for long term injury on your wrist
can you do it ? sure ? just don't complain when your wrist gets permanently injure and you can't do dips in the future
