As I can see next version with better button mapping and haptic feedback already preparing on the GitHub.
I hope we will have a new version tomorrow.
Releases are here: https://github.com/polygraphene/ALVR/releases
You’re going to want to follow this up until you get to adb installer. https://youtu.be/dGrRQPE0pYc
Then you’re going to want to grab ALVR from github. https://github.com/polygraphene/ALVR/releases/tag/v2.4.0-alpha3
Install the exe to your windows PC, then the apk through adb installer. You can also follow that tutorial for it. It’s hard to really mess up so it should be pretty straight through.

Scroll down to 2.3.1 then download the alvr setup exe
For apk use this https://github.com/polygraphene/ALVRClient/releases/download/v2.3.0/ALVRClient-GithubNormal-release-v2.3.0.apk
This goes on the oculus go via the ADB installation.
If you have questions regarding setting the server/ client up, send a pm
I have personally only used ALVR version ALVR v2.4.0-alpha4 and not alpha5 it does not work.
The best is to use a link cable at this point.
And I don't have any experience with Shadow PC. However, I would try our discord and see what other users have to say. Discord.gg/NeosVR
I don't think it's version 6. If anything it's version 2.4.0 Alpha 6, but that doesn't seem to exit yet either: https://github.com/polygraphene/ALVR/releases
Unless of course the ALVR project has moved elsewhere.
Can someone please provide a fixed ALVR Client apk with this.
Since the Firmware Update the Oculus Controllers are broken in SteamVR when you stream from PC to Quest with ALVR and i read people could fix it this way.
Please fix this apk here:

Thank you!
I did some test between my Linksys WRT32X router with 100 MB (MegaByte) ethernet from my Desktop PC and also directly streaming from PC using Linksys WUSB6300 USB WiFi stick. All tests done with ALVR v2.4.0-alpha5 using H.264 AVC, 25 Mbps (Megabit) Bitrate and 150% resolution.
PC -> Ethernet -> Router -> Quest: around 70-80ms
PC -> USB Stick -> Quest (default settings): around 100+ ms
PC -> USB Stick -> Quest (802.11ac forced): around 70 ms
Note that my router is not directly visible to my play area, while the USB stick was. I was able to push the USB stick adapter down to around 60 ms without sound streaming.
I actually used this setup to play Gorn (streamed from gaming laptop) on my martial arts gym's soft tatami at 10x10 meter area and it worked flawlessly. Most fun I've had with VR.
You need to side load. he 2.4.x versions are for the Quest, there are still some controller issues though, but it's only a week since the launch of the Quest.
yeah, it was added in 2.1.0, however I'm not sure if it works on the Go, or GearVR or both.Quote from changelog (https://github.com/polygraphene/ALVR/releases)
