Hi,
If you look at this link, it’s the first app:

I have an iPhone though ... so not sure if it’s in android but there must be something equivalent
Just looked up COCO and didn't find it on StreemSnooper: https://streamsnooper.com/all-rising-50-periscope-livestreams-page-1.html
But it did come up with a list of other apps.

I think sites like StreamSnooper are going to have to find other apps/sites to replace Peri.
What we really need is a universal browser where we can plug in any app/site we want and have it work like SS (StreamSnooper).
For python, this can be tried https://appfelstrudel.com/id/577916777/python-25-for-ios.html For Skeye alternative , you could try Starmap. I don't have an iphone, so I cannot tell definitely which will work for iOS. Basically find an app that tells you azimuth and altitude. If these two values are not updated in real time, make sure to close and open the app to get the newest values because they change a lot. I'm sure there will be plenty of apps for that.
I'm not sure what platform you are on so here is a link to a variety of options for iOS. I am sure many of them have Android versions. The Photographer's Ephemeris and its sister app are some of the most comprehensive. I pulled the trigger on PlanIt! for Photographers which combines those two apps into one and is cheaper. It is a little overwhelming but if you have a specific application in mind it will put things into a helpful context.
It's amazing what PlanIT! can do for $6.
