When my x and I broke up I had discovered that my devices had malware on them and that my media activity was being monitored…. I actually got locked out of my fb because the password and verification email had changed. I had to submit my ID and other things to verify my identity with fb before I could get back in. There didn’t show any strange activity. I think he was just wanting to read my messages. Which is unfortunate because it’s a total breach of privacy. I’ve changed all my passwords and I switched up my verification emails, I uninstalled all extensions on my google chrome and reinstalled only what I needed… I deleted random apps that I didn’t install, I found an app on my phone and laptop called Pages. Basically it is a screen reflector. I turned off all my location services, I went through all my app settings and account history logs, I changed my setting to make things more private, I set up 2 part authentications….. I even called my network provider and changed my network password because I didn’t want to chance my network being hacked since I had some suspicion that it already was…. I have been looking into setting up a VPN I came across cloud fare so I’m going to be setting that up soon as well too. I’d suggest maybe going to the police and filling for harassment and get some kind of restraining order or something. You’d have to show the police proof of the attempts to contact you and break into your account.
Hi,
If you look at this link, it’s the first app:

I have an iPhone though ... so not sure if it’s in android but there must be something equivalent
That is tough. The thoughts keep going around my head as well. No matter how much I tried they are there. My advice is to stop using social media for a few months. Also start meditation to become more aware of your thoughts and let them go. This is a good app to start with https://www.headspace.com/
