I don't like how the right click menu is nested, so I prefer peazip.
But do you know what's even better? It only works for Windows, but there's a lesser known program called Bandizip. It lets you completely customize the right click menu and it has "extract automatically", which extracts to a folder only if there's multiple files in the zip.
Delete the problem mod and re-download the mod and extract it with Bandizip set to Japanese code setting like the link in my first post shows. This will give you an unscrewed up version of the files. Download Bandizip here: https://www.bandisoft.com/bandizip/
i was using it, but few days ago i formated my PC and installed WinRAR 5.70 (latest version availible at that day), i liked 7zip, but it was too ugly to use :D i hated the icons, even with Theme Manager that could change them, so i went back to WinRAR, but a few days ago i came across BandiZIP (https://www.bandisoft.com/bandizip/) which i may try in the future.
I suggest Bandizip as a better alternative.
It has a sleek interface that is better than both 7-zip and Winrar and it's freeware so there are no nag screen like with Winrar.
Give Bandizip a try, It is actively maintained and i think it have all the context menu features you mentions, I also like delete after extract
Let me recommend Bandizip which meets all 3 requirements. To configure it, go to Options > Settings and:
Under Context Menu > Double-Click Action, click (x) "Extract automatically to the designated folder" and set a root folder like "c:\work\extracted". It's not exactly what you want because the folder won't be relative.
Under Extraction, enable [x] "Open the folder after extracting" and [x] "When using ... extract file in a new folder ..."
