I recommend https://gitlab.com/KevinRoebert/ClearUrls to get rid of tracking crap in URLs.

According to that 4 months issue. I wonder if ClerURL upstream want to support Firefox Mobile Android at all. The dev is not in to Android.
The addon it self installable in FF Mobile Android Nightly and Beta. But without upstream support, we're on our own.
Understandably, the ClearURL dev currently is busy rewriting ClearURL to new codes. https://gitlab.com/KevinRoebert/ClearUrls/-/issues/703
Edited: add links.
For Firefox, and I assume there's a similar one for Chrome/Edge or whatever browser store you use.

auto-removes the nonsense from links when you copy/paste.
I realize we are on Reddit, but it's kind of silly when submissions to /r/Privacy include UTM codes in the links.
Use a URL filter addon like ClearURLs.
Mods: It's opensource and on gitlab: https://gitlab.com/KevinRoebert/ClearUrls
While we are on that subject, some of the better privacy addons for firefox are listed here:

I use this open-source extension with Brave to remove the trackers from URLs when browsing the internet. You could use it as a work-around by opening the links in Brave first and then copying the cleaned URLs from the address bar.
a related recommendation: because the uBlock Origin developer chose not to support rewriting URLs an additional addon is beneficial for clearing the tracking parameters — ClearURLs may be the optimal choice. Reddit is supported.
Try searching for "CS50" on Google, then do the same on Google Images and compare the URLs. You'll see the only difference between them is an additional parameter called tbm
, which Google uses to know it should display the Google Images results instead of the Search results.
This is easier to see using an extension such as ClearURLs, which removes unnecessary parameters, such as tracking elements, from URLs.
You need to use this parameter in project0 to redirect to the correct results page.
I forgot to mention that I am running AdGuard for Windows v7.3. I've been trying to find some good filter lists that can do what I like.
For example, I downloaded the "I don't care about cookies" filter list and loaded it into AdGuard, but for some reason, it misses a website or two that the actual browser extension catches.
And AdGuard's URL stripping feature doesn't seem to work for me on amazon.com, whereas an extension like ClearURLs does.
Maybe I'm just configuring AdGuard incorrectly.
Thanks. Edited.
Clear URLs is significantly heavier and uses an external rules file instead of just paste in my rules, that does cover a lot more by default. Neat URL just comes with some defaults you can change on the preferences page.
I thought ClearURLs (sic) was more actively developed. See thread here https://gitlab.com/KevinRoebert/ClearUrls/issues/314
Decentraleyes takes up some memory but reduces traffic. Overall, I think it improves efficiency.

Have you tried reinstalling the add-on?
A recent update to the the ClearURLs addon appears to be the culprit of these particular issues. Hopefully a fix will be released soon. In the meantime, you may want to temporarily disable the addon while using Google Search and other affected sites.
Here is a link to the issue report on the addon's repository.
That could be within the scope of this plugin as well, from what I've heard about AMP. This plugin has a GitLab repository with an issue tracker, so you could ask about it there.
That's a lot of permission requests...
The discussion on the topic clears it up a bit, but I think this points to how we need more granular permission control in our addons, Android-style.
I'm using ClearURL's. I not only works om Reddit but also a lot of other domains
