Android's 78% market share vs iOS's 18% market share. You don't have to be a genius to figure it out, but I'll hold your hand through it if you're having some trouble.
And then, taking into account that only around 11% of iDevices were jailbroken in 2013, and the amount that's changed in 2014 is negligible at best, the amount of people in the jailbreak community versus the android community is ridiculously fucking small. Any more stupid remarks?
You're right about side-loading unapproved apps in Android, I skipped that exception to not get technical. But back to my original point, the process of sideloading is filled with lots of intimidating warnings for users. The only thing that will get most people to do that is a trusted name like Amazon, and Amazon will have the same problems with a prostitution app as everyone else.
The real reason for no uber for Prostitution is that the best they could hope for is <0.1% of the smart phone user base.
Edit: I went and checked, it looks like the best they could hope for is about 10% of all mobile devices. Which isn't as bad as I thought. 10% of a billion is still a lot.

On a IOS device. Here is how you would remove the big brother app. https://www.codeproof.com/blog/how-to-remove-mdm-from-iphone-ipad-and-ipod/
Similar for Android. Name of the MDM profile will vary depending what program they are installing.
When I google it I see a picture of a remove button, however that's entirely gone
Its like this picture here https://www.codeproof.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/Setinngs-remove-mdm.png
Except the remove button just isn't there
