Try drivedroid for Android. It might be able to let you boot directly from your phone.

if you have a rooted android phone, you could (maybe) use drivedroid to host the iso
grub is also capable of booting .iso's, but if you don't have linux and grub installed already we're back at square one..
I installed windows 10 using my external hdd a little while back.. I did wipe the thing to get going(iirc I used woeUSB, as I would with a flashdrive), but it wouldn't surprise me if you could make some space and use your hard drive(internal or external), without wiping it clean.
