We switched to Happyfox a few months ago. It's a hosted service that's pretty cheap compared to the competition. We liked it because it's a very sleek interface and easy to use, but offers enough customization to get it to work as you need. Aside from that, Azure AD integration for end user authentication, custom fields for specific types of tickets, and smart rules (ex: if ticket status set to Solved = send customized notification email) were big selling points for us.
llooks like this may work-though that price range is incredible

Happyfox is small-business help desk software hosted on cloud and is simple and intuitive. Automation enables to assign tickets to staff, pre-defined email replies based on subject. Adding tags help to group similar tickets together.
Email support software like Happyfox can be used. All the emails coming from different accounts can be converted as tickets under one centralised system. Smart rules can be used to assign the tickets directly to the appropriate staff with their respective email id.
