I had this exact problem with my Watch GT 2e
Did you download the app from Google play store? For me it only started working when I downloaded the app from Huawei's own App Gallery
You'll have to install the app gallery store first and then the health app from there. Uninstall the Google Play version first so you don't mix them up.
It'll ask you to allow installs from foreign sources so you'll have to allow that too.
Tell me if you're still having trouble after this
Try this:
- Uninstall Huawei Health
- Install Huawei AppGallery: Huawei AppGallery - Top right of the website, "Install now". I recommend you do this on your phone.
- Install Huawei Health and HMS Core through Huawei AppGallery
Feature depends on country and region. I unfortunately cannot get information about feature availability from the US, but for Scandinavia / EU, the internal notes state that some regions and countries do not support this.
Why would anyone use the Play Store when they could use the Huawei AppGallery to load their favourite apps? It's better, safer and more fun!
