I use it all the time and you can find some pretty nice icons made by other users too if you click the tab at the top that says Get Icons. That's where I got a Haruhi folder for my anime. ^_^

Found Nodame Cantabile at Folderbooru (convert here or here)

All of my bots are open for your viewing. I use sqlite3 databases to keep track of post/comment ids, and whenever I'm about to take action, I check if that number is already in the database.

When I was very new to Python, I wrote a script for downloading the Recent Conversions on iConvertIcons.com. It uses a .txt to keep track of already-downloaded id numbers, so you can inspect that if you want. Overall I wouldn't recommend it.

I did a few of Diebuster (Imgur link, convert here or here) for now, since another user requested that, too. I will add a few more later. I will finish the other user's request first, since he is waiting quite a time now. I will try to work on your request after that.

Didn't find any either, so I made you a few. I am yet to watch the show, so I hope the characters are right. I am also still pretty new to this foder icon stuff, so please tell me if anything doesn't fit right. These are png files, convert them here. Hope you like them

Edit: I tried to fit the logo onto the front lap. I think it looks a little better, but I'm not 100% sure with it. Maybe someone with a little more experience can fix that

I've found ones for Index series, HSDxD, Log Horizon(yours), Infinite Stratos, SAO, and Mahouka Rettousei. Haven't found anything for Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance, but it has an anime coming this summer.

I searched through this site. After downloading the png files I used this site to convert them to ico file format.

Usage: http://i.imgur.com/BXqgktj.jpg

If you place it in the folder you use it for you can give it a relative path*. To do this enter the folder and then add "/desktop.ini" in the address bar. This file will only exist after you have assigned a new icon to the folder.
In the file change the line

>IconResource=[folderpath]\Sora no Woto icon1.ico,0

to

>IconResource=Sora no Woto icon1.ico,0

*This means that it will always find the icon even if you move the folder.

Well you have two options there, either go to the individual download pages and save the preview image (IE right click and save rather than clicking the download button), or use http://iconverticons.com/online/ to convert them yourself.

I got lazy with mine also so I found some on Folderbooru.

Simply select which you like. Download it and convert it at iConvert Icons.

I make some of my own, got two of the ones you asked for. Not sure if it's your style but they're here for your pickings :)
