Hmm it's hard to describe without a video, but I'll do my best. First off, you have to determine how light you want your hair to go. I used this and determined that my hair was naturally between a 3-4, so I wanted to lift it about 3 levels to get it down to around 6-7. If you have black or super dark hair like OP, blonde probably wouldn't look right...maybe something like this? Then, using the bleaching kit, I started by mixing everything together (equal amounts bleach powder and developer). Here's a quick thing I did to demonstrate the order in which you want to apply the bleach. Since you're going for an ombre look, you obviously want the ends to be the lightest, so start with the area labeled 1 and apply the bleach/developer mixture, making sure the highest part isn't completely straight so it doesn't look dip dyed (I don't know any other way to word this so I hope it makes sense. Basically just apply it gently at the very top so you don't have a harsh line.) Let it sit for about 15 minutes, then add bleach to the next level up (2), and keep the bleach on 1 so it continues to lighten. Again, let it sit for 15 minutes, then add it on 3 and let it sit for 15 minutes with the bleach still on 1 and 2. Since 3 is where it starts to fade from your natural color, you really wanna make sure you don't have harsh lines, so apply it lightly above 3 and add some light streaks in so it is a gradient instead of looking like blocks of color. Rinse out after about 45 minutes total. If it's not light enough for you, repeat. Not the same day though! When I bleached it again I think I waited a week. Wow this is really long but I hope it helps!
you're welcome! :)
i didn't "photoshop" it, per se. today was the day that i got tired of using MS Paint, and i googled "free clone tool online" and used this site. it didn't work as well as i'd have liked it to, but it did take less time/frustration than using Paint.
Sorry, but I doubt that'll get many clicks.
First thing you might wanna correct is to use skyscraper ads. Skyscraper ads tend to get the most clicks, as they're scattered on the website more than rectangle ads.
Now, the more important, the ad's very plain. It looks like it's just a screenshot with text thrown over it. You should look into websites like iPiccy where you can easily add effects to images. Here's an example of what using a few filters can do.
You could also use a website called Cool Text to make "fancier" text that's generally more appealing/eye popping.
Also, I don't know how you took the picture, but it looks like it's compressed. Use .png file format if you aren't.
Here's a quick web thingie instead of Gimp.
put it in there and play with the sharpness tools
notice how nothing helps
that's because its so fucked up and I don't mean that to be mean
so the question is why is the noise the size of golfballs? What camera took the image and how was it set?
If you want to try tinkering with the image yourself you might try some of the built in effects in these websites
There are some premade comic effects that you might be able to tweak around to get what you are looking for. I am a fan of the Neon effect in Fotoflexer personally.

Awesome wallpaper otherwise!
