Either way, also install Iris Mini (https://iristech.co/iris-mini/) and activate the color filter to around 1950 Kelvin.
Consider also using reddish/brown polarized sunglasses.
No I dont. Programs that I myself installed are Word, Excel, PP and Iris (https://iristech.co/iris-mini/). But I don't see how any of these would be the cause of this "sleep problem", because the laptop worked fine with these programs before. It's also strange because the problem didn't go away after I reinstalled the OS...
