Just FYI, the game actually uses Live2D! It's software that basically allows artists to animate their 2D drawings, but the key visual and the anime use actual 3D models
As for as I know they only made the Madoka app, but maybe one day your wish will be fulfilled. There are some more versions.
Check out the 60 day trial. http://www.live2d.com/en/ Demo video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zLfbZZV8xa8
Obviously work is still required to setup rig but NO 3d modelling. It generates polygons from PSD layers.
This is really cool tech only getting better. Lots of papers coming out from Siggraph on these topics and Disney has a similar internal project called Paper doing similar thing.
I talked about this on the Love Live Discord couple of weeks ago. Another possible reason as to why the CGI update is taking long is because SIF's game engine (Playground) was never designed to have 3D when it began development 4 years ago. In fact, you can read the original press release on their website here - JP. EN
For all we know, KLab could switch to Unity Engine, which they already use for Bleach Brave Souls and the new Captain Tsubasa (JP) game OR stick with the current engine and make major changes (adds more development time). Based from the previews of their upcoming UtaPri rhythm game, they seem to use Live2D to create those 3D models. And Unity Engine does support Live2D. In fact, Bandori uses Unity Engine and Live2D as their foundation.
You can try Live2D yourself. I'm not sure about if this is the same version that renders the character into a 3D model though, since I haven't gotten around to trying it.

Would be my guess or something very similar. Also if you look at than and are like WOAH, then you're woahs would be much louder if you look at their product Euclid. I think "Potion Maker" was the first or one of the very first games to utilize it.
It's a super cute, simple tap game. Worth downloading just to glance at how smooth things can be (mind you it was made with an earlier build)

I am an art student trying to make an indie game by using this program to create animated/3d illustrations, the only version that is cracked is Cubism 2.0 that lacks the features I want to use,it would be extremely appreciated if someone would Pm me a link or notify me if they find it anywhere, thank you very much~
I found them a couple of years ago on the japanese store, created an account just for them. As far as I can tell they got pulled though. I can try to extract the .ipa files from my old iPhone once I'm home.
Meanwhile I found links for android.
OreImo:

Madoka:
I got the last link from vk.com and I can't say for sure that it's not infected or anything. It's slightly buggy on my android, but it does work.
Considering how unintuitive Live2D can be if you've never worked with similar workflows before, make sure to take a look here before you start drawing: http://www.live2d.com/en/support . You should probably skim through the user manual at least once from start to finish first.
For the artstyle maybe you can grab some hyperdimension neptunia artbook (some of them comes with some concept sketches and notes from the author if you can understand japanese)
and as the person above me says, the visual novel asset (CG, character sprite) is hand drawn, though the character sprite is drawn and animated using live 2D, source: http://www.live2d.com/en/showcase/neptuni
Well there is this... http://www.live2d.com/en/showcase/talking_for_android [NSFW] a company that not only makes a single image jiggle, but can make a single image interactive and move as if it were recorded animation.
