I excluded the settings.xml for obvoius reasons. And I'm a few missions ahead of the heist. Try it out.

as you can see, my general approach is to stay safe in the initial phase and to scout with my first banshee what he is going for. do not overcommit with your banshees and try to keep them alive. move out with 3 tanks and the rest of your units, including a raven and 2 vikings. that part is very important as it gives you air domination. then go for a contain and macro behind it. in almost all cases you do a lot of dmg and your enemy cant breakout cuz they have no air domiance and going into your sieged up tanks is an instant lose.
the most important thing is to avoid to being seen. if you can siege up his natural unseen he will not expect you and you can siege up / position in time, get 5 rax, a 3rd cc, double upgrades and a lot of units behind it.
so its all about execution but if you do it decently you will win almost every game, regardless of what your enemy is aiming for.
I basically stole that from ForGG, he's great for TvT and has a huge variety of TvT builds, either aggressive (gas first banshee) or defensive builds (reaper expands, 15 gas) with both bio and mech.
