Sounds like possible file corruption. Download GTAVVerifier, open it and make sure everything but ISOs is checked and click Check. This will take a while. Once it's done, it'll tell you the files that are missing/corrupt. Download the files from a torrent or something.

I excluded the settings.xml for obvoius reasons. And I'm a few missions ahead of the heist. Try it out.

v1.40 has no crack the only cracked is version 1.36. in 1.40 patch don't copy both GTAV_Launcher_1_0_1103_2.exe and GTA5.exe both of them are not cracked. in that video tutorial, it describes of how to run the latest update of gta 5 through pirated version 877. this is the crack http://uptobox.com/rbwap89pb7hq

Verify in your game directory if you have the file version.txt, it should be the same as this one. I had the same issue, just because of missing " ".

I was also getting this error when trying to launch 3DM's Launcher.exe. Googling error code revealed that it stands for missing DLLs or EXEs, so i ran Launcher.exe through the app called DependecyWalker which shows what libs are missing/incorrect and it turned out to be MSVCR100.dll which is a part of VCRedist 2010 (the one i got installed was x86 and you need x64 to run it) after installing VC2010 it worked as expected, and that is crash on loading :D (Windows 8.1)

Yes you can run GTA V but not on the highest settings :)

I'm assuming you're talking about the Paleto Bay Heist. It's probably corrupt files or mods messing with scripted events.
You can verify your files using this tool. Make sure that the directory for GTA V is correct, check everything but ISOs and click check.
Copy and paste the results.

i played with 3dm crack first and changed to reloaded later, when i first started GTA5-reloaded i also got crash error until i move my 3dm save file to reloaded save file location(maybe bcuz it has low performance setting in my last save file), if that setting.xml still doesnt work try put this in your reloaded save file location, C:\ProgramData\Socialclub\RLD!\%random number% extract the file there (make sure to back up first) ( just move pc_settings.bin and cfg.dat first, if it doesnt works, extract all the file) http://www.filedropper.com/savefile

This. Its basically a combination of DLL's and a common.rpf that makes the game think you're running a Steam version of the game, that is if you were on retail. It works great with the RELOADED crack though.

You can use this reg file to disable Windows Defender. If you check "Settings, Update, Windows Defender", all options should be grayed out.
If the game still crashes after 15 minutes, open GTAVLauncher.exe (don't sign in, just minimize), then run the launcher you normally use.

You're probably using the 3DM crack, as I had the exact same issue, which I solved by switching to RELOADED.

Get the file from this link. Extract the files inside the folder inside the archive to the GTA5 Game folder. It worked for me.

I can not find Microsoft providing individual DirectX version. How ever we could download them from 3rd part website (https://www.filehorse.com/download-directx-10/). This could have security problem. I would not recommend it

I would suggest you to download VCredist 2015 and .NET 4.5.2 because the Scripthook .NET needed both of it to work properly. Yeah the one i got is working pretty fine except for the aim-while-in-thecar-only-during-a-mission crash xD..Other than that its perfect...I got it from Kickasstorrents but they have taken it down so i cant link it to you =...Use update 2 and crack v3 and it'll be perfect!! Just a tip install social club found inside the update archive and set your computer's date before 20/4 or it'll ask for activation...

After you finish downloading and extract the downloads into an iso, drag the ISOs.sfv into the folder you put the isos in and run it, it will check you got the isos right.

After you install the game, put the metadata file into the installed folder as well as the GTAV.sfv, then run the gtav.sfv to check it installed right!
