I've had loads of these, funnily enough from all my suspended accounts. Maybe it's a password breach, no idea. Worth changing password and enabling 2FA either way, as u/CoreDreamStudiosLLC said. (I recommend using Myki, too)
I wish this was possible. Unlock with biometrics is available on Android, iOS, Windows, macOS. But your OS (Linux) and my OS (ChromeOS) are not supported. There's a similar feature request out there, too.
I used MYKI in the past and I think it has the best flow. Everything works, including browser extensions, by unlocking your phone.
Our product is great
Our support is fantastic
and
We treat our partners like family.

No marketing talk, no bullshit, pure love for MSPs.
Look at Myki.
In my opinion looks the nicest, keeps the data stored offline, great reviews, free!
A lot of people mention Enpass and Bitwarden and LastPass and Dashlane. They all look the same to me. They take your master password, use it to encrypt your data and store it in the cloud. (some of them offer alternate options but still, they all endorse their primary method which is cloud storage). If they knew about Myki, they would actually be using it.
Myki keeps your data offline, the app is gorgeous, the customer support is very good and to tell you the truth, i feel safe knowing that my data is stored with me offline.
Check it out, and if you are not happy with something, notice how responsive their customer support is.

Check out myki.com
This is exactly what you are looking for. I recently started using them and am very happy with the product and the support.
As an MSP you can provision companies and set admins on your side and on your clients side.
You can see exactly who has access to what and freeze access with a click. Your customers can do the same if you set someone from their end as an admin.
They also recently integrated with Google For Work and Azure AD which allows you to sync users, create accounts and reset passwords with a click.
I do not know if they offer SAML but you can message the support team they are extremely responsive.

Btw: There are really 2 cool things about their product. 1) The passwords are stored offline aka they dont use cloud storage and sync the data across users devices. At first i was worried about the performance but its very impressive. You don't even feel that the data is being shared peer to peer instead of from a cloud. This is amazing for GDPR as well. 2) You can create security policies. Examples are geofencing and IP based control which allows you to limit access to accounts.
I've used Myki for approaching a handful of years now (on Android, IOS and macOS) and it has been great for personal use.
Myki stores passwords directly on local devices configured with the app (phone, computer, tablet) and automatically syncs data between them rather than via a cloud service. They offer three different one-time low cost in-app purchase upgrades for additional features as well if needed. Note: I do not use the browser plug-in feature that can insert passwords automatically on website login pages (nor would I ever do that with any product).
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out!
Our Safari extension has definitely been treated unfairly compared to our other extensions mainly because Apple decided to diverge from the mainstream browsers and move to heir own extension platform about 2 years ago. This forced us to develop an extension that was custom-built for Safari on Mac which is used by a minority of our users. As a result of that it received less attention than our other extensions which results in often reported issues around disconnections and less than ideal User Experience flows.
The good news is that Apple has decided to roll back support for Web Extensions which is "the standard" of extensions which we support on other platforms like Chrome and Firefox and Edge.
This means that we will be able to port our Chrome extension into a Safari one. We have started analyzing the process and looking into doing that. Even though there is no timeline yet for the release of our Web Extension-based Safari extension it is now in the roadmap and we will update you as soon as it goes live.
In the meantime one way to go around the Safari plugin would be to try to use MYKI Mini to autofill credentials in web forms in Safari. Here is a quick overview and guide on how to use it.
Hello there,
If MYKI mini is not opening up for you using the shortcut Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + ' then you may be on a different keyboard layout. I'm not sure which keyboard layout you have, but I'll attach a link to another blog post that shows the different shortcut combination you can use.

Let me know if that works for you!
Having the extension paired to the Desktop app is more convenient and seamless, because the authentication is occurring on your computer, so you don't have to keep your phone nearby. Additionally, the Desktop App can autofill your data on the browser and any apps on your computer. To learn more about how to use the Desktop App to autofill your data, visit this link: https://myki.com/blog/introducing-myki-mini-autofill-credentials-anywhere-on-desktop/
The Desktop App is a standalone app and doesn't need to be connected to your extension to access your data, so if you don't have internet access, you can still access your data locally on your computer through the Desktop App.
There is a way to force the phone to automatically approve logins when paired with the extension. This is done by opening the phone app, navigating to the Device tab and selecting "Device Trusted" > Yes. However, you will still be asked to unlock the extension by approving "unlock" requests sent to your phone.
Hope that helps!
Hello,
Thank you so much! We're happy to hear you're loving MYKI!
MYKI should fill both username and password for you on https://www.laposte.net/accueil . I'm going to get this in front of our developers so they can fix the autofill functionality on this site. In the meantime, you should be able to use MYKI mini on this site. To learn more about how to use MYKI mini, click here
Hello,
The issue you're having on Ebay, Twitter has been fixed. We've been making a lot of improvements regarding the autofill mechanism on Android, and the update is nearly ready to go live.
About the permanent notification showing, this is necessary for users to click it when they want to use MYKI to autofill your credentials. However, I understand how this could be a slight annoyance. I'll share this with the team- Thanks for the feedback!
Finally, our browser extension does not currently recognize a username field on a two stage login form. However, this has been improved as well. We're currently testing those changes, so you will soon notice better behavior as well. In the meantime, MYKI mini does the job! You can learn more about how to utilize Myki mini right here: https://myki.com/blog/introducing-myki-mini-autofill-credentials-anywhere-on-desktop/
I hope that answers your questions. Let me know if you have any others

Hi u/Boweeton
When you had installed Myki on this device, did you pair it to another device, or was the device restored from a cloud backup, and at some point did you receive an SMS to enter?

If you did pair the app and used a QR code or pairing code to successfully add the device to your Myki account, it might be a networking issue.
It may be best to hash this out in our support chat at https://myki.com/, and simply click the chat icon in the bottom right corner (or you can use the in app chat as well).
Currently, we don't have a public roadmap in which you can see upcoming features. However you can use this link https://myki.com/feature-request to submit feature requests or send them directly to us via email to [email protected]. We also release patch notes into the Desktop App after every update.
Hope this helps!
You can access it from our website right here: https://myki.com/download Safari implemented a change on how they handle Safari extensions. You are now required to download the Desktop App to use the Safari extension. You will now notice when you click on the Myki owl showing on your Safari browser, it will launch the Desktop App instead of the drop down menu.
Hey there, welcome to Myki! Happy to hear you're loving it so far :)
1) Password protected profiles.... I really love that idea. I'll bring that to the table and see what everyone thinks here.
I do have something to clarify though. If someone logs in to your work PC they won't be able to see anything even if the extension is enabled. The Desktop locks automatically (you can also choose how often it locks) so the only way to see the content of the app or extension is by unlocking the Desktop app which they won't be able to do!
Additionally, we're working on adding the ability to sync specific profiles to devices. Let's say you only want your work passwords to sync on your work computer. That's also a way to limit what you store there. What do you think?
2) So that's all related to the Pro Features which haven't made their way to the Desktop app yet. Just a matter of time though
You can get more info on how the backups work over here https://myki.com/faq.
The gist of it is, only you can decrypt your backup files. Yes you do need internet connectivity since the verification of your identity (when you restore your data from a backup) happens on our end. The same mechanism applies when that verification fails in case someone tries to restore from someone else's backup file. They simply won't be able to decrypt it
Should be the same benefits as the MSP version, with the exception that it's designed for a single tenant instead of multi-tenant. Check out https://myki.com/teams/ for the full list, but to name a few:
Just got the update for the Desktop app (1.1.0) for Windows. Looks great! Just wanted to point out a few things:
Thanks again for the updates! I also wanted to mention that I was excited to see all of the positions you are hiring for on your website at https://myki.com/careers/. Below the listings it states: " Don't see an opening but think you can help? <strong>Reach out</strong>." I submitted an email via that Reach Out link, but I haven't heard back. Just an FYI.
We use the 2FA daily for shared access to end user accounts and vendor accounts as most vendors have requested we turn on 2FA and MYKI allows us to create shared access - https://myki.com/features/autofill-2fa

I like the new look a lot, but as I was up there checking it out I noticed the iPhone screenshot at https://myki.com/app. Is this an older iPhone version...prior to my time, or possibly a newer version? It's certainly not what I'm seeing on my iPhone XR.

Myki can manage and automatically fill your 2FA tokens for you.
+ They have an MSP offering.

+ You can share access to accounts that have 2FA with your colleagues
We started using a password manager a couple of months back and to tell you the truth, our customers couldn't be happier. (We use Myki btw)
We were worried at first as we've had this type of reaction that you described in the past. When we started using our existing password manager, we had a customer success meeting with the team at Myki where they basically walk us through their method of introducing Myki to customers and provide us with documentation, videos and stuff to help us show the value to our customers. Their team is fantastic btw. I am a big advocate of their product and highly recommend that you schedule a demo session in case you are in the market for a password manager.

An example of the things that they shared with us is the following decision graph (not sure whether i can share this publicly haha. I guess it's ok): https://static.myki.co/img/decision-graph.png

It basically helps you show the value of password managers to your customers in 5 minutes, reduces your liability by having explicitly mentioned certain things and assess very fast whether you should invest more time in trying to convince your customer to use a password manager. This has worked for us a lot btw.

I hope this helps.
Myki (https://myki.com) Its completely free. Stores the data offline and seamlessly syncs it in a P2P manner to other devices that you own. Autofill 2fa. Looks great and has fantastic chat support.
Check it out, I've become a big fan. + fully support Linux and has a Linux desktop app in public beta.
Myki is a password management app that is not cloud based and has received tremendous reviews from major pubs like Tech Crunch and PC Magazine. An Entrepreneur article that came out right after the co. debuted at Tech Crunch Disrupt, describes our strongest differentiator: "The concept of decentralization of access that Myki's solution promotes, and the use of an everyday smartphone device of the user as the access point (as opposed to the cloud), clearly differentiate the tool. Security credentials aren't stored in the cloud-which often figures as a soft target for cyber attacks - and are contained within a trusted device protected by biometric controls."
Less than 10 people. Looking to ramp up subscribers.
Thank you!
That "save as" dialog is trying to save an iPhone backup as a .myki
file. That is not Apple's format.
A Google suggests this is being done by a third-party security app on your machine named [Myki][https://myki.com). Whether that is legit or not, I do not know. Did you knowingly install it?
Product Manager at Myki here, just wanted to let you know that we offer an offline password manager for enterprises: Myki for Teams.
Since data isn't stored on the cloud, we are able to securely store and manage your 2FAs which makes Myki both a password manager and an authenticator at the same time.
Anyway, I just wanted to put on more option on the table :)
Actually check out their FAQ. Here is what it says: Myki securely stores your passwords and sensitive data offline, on your smartphone. The Myki app acts as a vault that stores and encrypted copy of your passwords and sensitive data. Your passwords are not stored in the cloud which prevents hackers from gaining access to your accounts in case our servers get compromised.
Myki: Password management and multi-factor authentication.
Offline storage of sensitive data. Seamless sync across devices. Centralized management portal with unified billing. Auto-filling of clients passwords and 2fa tokens in the browser.
You can book a demo at https://myki.com/msp-signup
If you decide to go withTOTP you can use Myki (https://myki.com/msp)
Myki also doubles as a decentralized password manager. (Data stored offline and synced in a p2p manner across devices)
I co-founded the company (Full disclosure)
