I used to save tabs in my google chrome, but then never really checked them. Now I have two places where I store my travel plans:

1. Notes (synced on my iPhone, macbook, and office mac) with an alphabetical list of places I want to visit, where I also add links to interesting info, inspiration, and deals

2. Rove.me - first it helps me find the best time to visit destinations from my wishlist, and then it lets me save destinations and experiences to my travel wishlist.

Yes, there is an option to tap the lock screen to create a new note if that's your style.
