If you add
&f=archive_xml at the end of the link, you get an xml file, which contains a line like this:
<audio url="rtmpt://rtmp.wfmu.org/cfx/st/mp4:AN/an160622.mp4"/> The URL is the RTMP Stream of the sound file. There are several tools which can download those files and save them for you, e.g. RTMPDumpHelper for windows (just one of the first search results for "download rtmp stream", I haven't used it, so try with caution). I hope this helps.
VLC. Yes, VLC media player. You can capture video streams with VLC very efficiently. First open VLC and go to Media > Conver / Save and chose Network tab. Paste the URL of the stream in there and click Convert/Save. You will get a prompt asking you what profile to chose, where you select H264 + MP3 (MP4) or whatever you might prefer. Set the destination file to where you want your file to end up and click Start. The title will change to 'Streaming' and you will be able to see your file where you saved it. Once you want to stop recording, just press the stop button and the file will be saved. This only works if you can actually get the http / rtmp link of the stream directly, which might require you to look into the websites source code. Sometimes they use some weird players that wont tell you the exact stream, but there are still other means you can find out the link with, but if you don't want to go that deep, there are still other options.
The second best option imo is still OBS you just need to set up the sound capture correctly through windows audio, or use ffsplit / xsplit instead. Not sure if xsplit is still locked to max 720p or not.
The last option I can think of is http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/rtmp_dump_helper.html can't try it because I'm on linux but it might work...

Fylgdu leiðbeiningunum neðarlega á síðunni (Start Using RTMPDumpHelper). Þetta svínvirkaði en því miður þurfti ég að nota IE til að þetta næði að grípa strauminn (prófaði bara Chrome, gæti virkað í Firefox).
Nothing. I gave up and just made sure I was able to stream the whole thing live.
As far as the software went: I had to use Firefox to get anything going with Jaksta. But that's just my short experience. Riptiger was about the same as far as options go, but I don't make it a habit to buy software I've only used once.
I would like to recommend something for the more tech savvy: RTMPDump. If you can figure out how this software works, I think it's the right way to go.
