This isn't that good of a list. Most of the commands here are universal to the entire Office suite and most major software programs.
Here is the complete list, a little less pretty, from Microsoft. https://support.office.com/en-nz/article/Keyboard-shortcuts-in-Excel-2010-20603861-42b6-4c93-82ec-66924ea9b323
Someone asked for one for photoshop, here you go. http://www.shortcutworld.com/en/win/Photoshop_CS5.html
While playing the video file you can change the playback speed with keyboard shortcuts.
http://www.shortcutworld.com/en/win/VLC-Media-Player.html
I did it at first to just speed up the filler portions, but then settled on a constant speed. I can't believe I didn't notice how slow the speaking is in promos before today.
I think the show is far better around 140%-150% playback speed, even the matches were more exciting due to the new pacing.
Woops, between DisplayFusion and a catch-all window management AHK script I put together, I forgot the standard Windows (7/8) kb shortcuts for window management! Oops. >< The quick answer is:
(hold) Windows Key -> any Arrow Key (up will maximize, down will un-maximize if max'd, left/right will snap, just mess with em!)
Now, the most comprehensive keyboard shortcut list I've ever found is right here:
http://www.shortcutworld.com/en/win/Windows_8.html
It's practically impossible for me to remember all of those despite being a heavy kb shortcut user for 20+ years. I'm still remembering ones I forgot about even with this visit! Read it through when you have some time tonight, it's awesome and can really make an impact on Turking efficiency! :]
When you're in Inbox view, you can turn line items into tasks or projects by using the panel on the right side, or keyboard shortcuts:
Then once you're finished setting it up how you want, press Ctrl+M to move it to the appropriate project or list (or however your tree structure is set up). You can press Ctrl+M and then just start typing to filter the list.
Part of the flexibility of MLO is its amazing customisability. You can make your own views that have very deep rules to filter and order tasks. It's definitely a power user tool, but if you've tried them all, I can guarantee you can set MLO up to exactly fit your workflow.
Lots of keyboard shortcuts: http://www.shortcutworld.com/en/win/MyLifeOrganized.html
Might be a better idea to compile your own, simply because there are so many shortcut keys; that way, you can give them the key combinations that are most useful in your specific situation. If anyone wants more information, you can give them addresses to the pages you compiled your list from.
Having said that, here's what looks to be an exhaustive list, but without going line by line, I can't be certain: Link - way too many for one page (even front and back) if you want it legible.
I use hot keys in eclipse all day. I was once asked how I was able to write code so fast. I told them I memorize and use a few key hot keys to write the code.
A few of my favorite:
I use
Here is a list of all of them. The only ones I really use frequently are:
Hotkey | Action |
---|---|
F | Fortify/sleep |
A | Alert, fortifies then wakes when enemy unit enters line of sight |
S | Set up, only for siege units |
Alt+R | Re-base air unit |
N | Nukes only, brings the pain |
F9 | Demographics screen |
F8 | Victory overview screen |
F4 | Trade overview screen |
it seems there is not a shortcut for that.

as for making one this might help https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/customizable-shortcuts/
I've used executor before. My request is for an app that shows keyboard shortcuts within each piece of software e.g. If i am going to use Adobe Lightroom I can open up the app on a second screen, search for Lightroom and have all of Lightroom's shortcuts in the app in a nice format that I can easily refer to or print off.
I suppose there is this web version: http://www.shortcutworld.com/en/mac/InDesign_CS5.html#link_17
but I'd prefer a stand alone app with more supported software and is customisable (add custom shortcuts I have created within Lightroom or whatever).
Depends on what you are looking to learn. Honestly, I'm not a huge fan of the classes because what you are learning is generally generic and doesn't apply to your specific data sets.
When you are working with your data think about something that would make manipulation easier and then google it. Then keep using that item set. I'm not an accountant (I'm a Finance guy) and all the modeling I've performed over the years as made me a pretty damn good excel user (rarely hardly ever use the mouse for anything within excel).
This is a very good shortcuts list for the 2010 version: http://www.shortcutworld.com/en/win/Excel_2010.html
I have about zero VBA skills, but I'm at a point where I don't really need them, but if you are curious to learn, then this is a good site: http://www.ozgrid.com/Excel/free-training/ExcelVBA2/excel-vba2-index.htm#VBA1

Not sure if the link works, you can copy-paste it otherwise. This is a list of all hotkeys in Civ 5. Personally I rarely use them, guess it's a matter of personal preference. You can just move a military unit towards a tile with a civilian on it and they will stack automatically. Obviously, it also works the other way around.
CTRL + Enter = Insert page break
To align selected text do the following:
An extensive list can be found here
Maybe one of these will work for you:
Press [Alt][Home] to move the cursor to the first cell in the current row.
Press [Alt][End] to move the cursor to the last cell in the current row.
Press [Alt][PageUp] to move the cursor to the first cell in the current column.
Press [Alt][PageDown] to move the cursor to the last cell in the current column.
Press [Tab] to move the cursor to the next cell.
Press [Shift][Tab] to move the cursor to the preceding cell.
To set a tab within a cell, click inside the cell, and press [Ctrl][Tab]

All of the ones I use are here. It seems to have all of them, but I'm not too sure. I use the general, general unit, action, and some of the civilian hotkeys.
We have tried a lot of things, but seriously, doing the countdown and pressing play at the same time has been the only thing that consistently works. We do it with HBO Go (we don't have netflix) and with movies/shows we share on bitcasa and play using VLC (which is magic if you need to quickly adjust the audio delay to match it on a 0.1 second level -- see this). The problem with screen-sharers, videocasting, etc. is that it is inevitably bandwith-heavy (causing Hangouts to crash for us) and there is still a very obvious echoe-y audio delay that the other person can hear.
I can't help much with the weakness, but I can help with the mouse issues.
Option 1. It takes a while to learn, but trust me it's worth the time. Print out this PDF and stick it next to your computer. Start using it, especially on the good days.
Make a point of NOT looking at your hands when you use these shortcuts. Looking at the keyboard becomes a habit, and there's almost no reason to, once you get your fingers on the home keys. Train yourself right the first time and you will be amazed at how fast you can get.
Option 2. Traditional mice are hard to use, but they are fast. Sometimes the Slow and Steady method is better for some of us. When your hands get shaky, a trackball mouse is a ton easier to use. You'll need to play with the cursor speed in the control panel, but these things are great on bad days. There's no reason you can't have both a normal mouse and a track ball plugged in and just switch back and forth as needed.
Good luck.

These were from the first few results of a google search. I'm on Windows 7 so these are the ones I picked. I'm sure there are others.
