>Any way to keep track of customers?
We also use HubSpot at Survicate. It's perfect for smaller teams, and what I additionally like about it, is HubSpot Academy and a variety of educational courses.
Our Sales Team likes it for its intuitive design and simplicity. I have to add that we also chose it because we integrate Survicate surveys insights with customer database in HubSpot.
In general, HubSpot has a huge integration marketplace which brings a lot of value to Marketing and Sales Teams.
I use Hubspot at work. Unfortunately, there is no Facebook integration but Twitter monitoring works really great. I also like that it has many other integrations, for example with Survicate, since we make a lot of website surveys. It is a great integration - Survicate has a free subscription plan and free 2-weeks trials of other plans. You can learn more about this integration here: https://survicate.com/integrations/hubspot-survey/ What I also like about Hubspot are email reports which in our case are sent daily. You may, of course, change the frequency of the reports or completely unsubscribe.
