If the encrypted data you need was stored on the system partition, there is no chance you can bring it back. If the data was on a separate partition, then you can decrypt it using the recovery key. For this, run the trial version of UFS Explorer Professional Recovery. If the encrypted partition was deleted, then you can try to find this lost partition through search by metadata: press "Manage partitions or regions", then choose "Search undetected partitions by metadata" and specify the possible file system types (NTFS or whatever you have). The possibility to recover the data depends on whether the information was overwritten on the disk where the encrypted information was stored.
I see above you are using Windows. This program says it will do what you want. I have no experience with it though.
