The Telegram API exposes the "messages.restoreMessages" method. With it you could restore recently deleted messages with the device they were deleted on. Sadly, as far as I know, nobody has implemented it in a client yet.

Not right now, but it's coming.
There was a commit to the webogram github yesterday, including basic calls support
https://github.com/zhukov/webogram/commit/e6395fac8359455ce4fe3bca2bc4b3dac1032e52
Updated now, can confirm.
~~So now Webogram is behind!~~ Webogram formatting upgraded as well.
So now Telegram formatting follows Markdown... for bold. Not for italics though (__
instead of _
)!
Issues on Github:
It looks like the telgram client is no longer working: https://github.com/zhukov/webogram
offline_manager.js:59 Offline register SW error TypeError: Failed to register a ServiceWorker: The URL protocol of the current origin ('null') is not supported. at initAutoUpgrade (offline_manager.js:36) at offline_manager.js:87
Many thanks! Look what I've found https://github.com/zhukov/webogram Though it just makes the following schema: me - telegram. But I feel like it's already 80% of work done, since this solution already offers webface which I can host. Now I supposedly need to make it run requests through the website first. Any hints on further googling?
I've finally figured out what the real problem is: The stickers won't load when privacy.resistFingerprinting is enabled in about:config.
I've opened a corresponding issue on Github: https://github.com/zhukov/webogram/issues/1710
