I'm honestly not sure of that kind of thing. Looking here on their website it seems they have a way to open the app direct from Safari, but that website seems a bit old (their screenshots aren't of the iOS 7 version of the app) so who knows.
I appreciate the reply though.
There is a section called Manage Wikis and in there an Advanced section where you can "Request" an addition to the catalog or "Custom" where you can specify a URL

Ahh I remember now.. Wikipanion Plus "allows you to browse your own wikis, as long as they are powered by MediaWiki and running version 1.16.0 or greater". http://www.wikipanion.net/mediawiki.html?iphone
Problem with that is I have to pay to find out if it'll satisfy my needs. Maybe I can find a YouTube clip...
WikiSnail does not appear to be designed for iPad.
