As xakepipx says, get a VPN that has servers located in a country that does not require them to keep logs.
I use Boxpn which is $36.00 for 1 year
Edit: just read a review about Boxpn, and it wasn't very good, and had other users complaining of the connection being dropped, leaving them open to tracking when downloading torrents etc.. I've not myself experienced any of this, but might look for an alternative.
They seem okay, looking at the interview they offer some good features
Nothing really proprietary about them, but nice encryption, decent logging policy, and bittorent isn't censored.
I use Boxpn and tunnelblick. boxpn is the vpn service that's really affordable and doesn't permanently log your traffic. Tunnelblick is an open source vpn client that will connect via boxpn's server config files. The same files you would use if you had openvpn
I use a similar process to watch region blocked events on fightpass. Connect to VPN, log-in and start the fights, disconnect from VPN.
Thank you so much! By complete chance, I'm subscribed to Boxpn this month, so tried these steps it it's worked like a charm.
*Currently in the UK, and am downloading the files through the launcher. Bought my game from using the 20% off code and everythings worked perfectly so far.
Yep, SoCal here with TWC and the lag is terrible. Terrible rubberbanding and constant R0's.
I will say again, and I don't care who says its overkill, or worse for the game, or whatever, a VPN fixed it entirely for me. I personally use Boxpn which is only $20 per 3 months. Yeah, it sucks to pay additional fees just to play a game, but at least it works.
If it doesn't work for you, get your money back.
