Setting boxes up with no VPN instructions would be considered bad practice right now. Since the EPL won the high Court order, ALL Iptv is suffering, not just Ace. You need to instruct every client on how to get a VPN set up, or you will have support tickets dropping every weekend.

There's a few options, but the easiest is VPN service that offers an android app, and starting this before launching Kodi. You can get more complex with a VPN router (or easy: buy pre-setup router on ebay), or routing your Smart TV through your VPN on your PC.

If you don't understand the tech and current situation in this space, rethink your business op.

EDIT: My streams are working fine 99% of the time (there is no 100% iptv service) with IBVPN installed on a Kodi box, and I still use my Smart IPTV app without vpn thru tv on non-matchdays.

No, no, no. They turned over logs without a second thought, regardless of them being outside of the US. IBVPN / ipredator / / are swedish and for all I know, secure. The point is, do your research first.

I copied their spreadsheet and tried to make it easier to use by adding columns KLMN:

• Column K: Are the first 3 columns green? 0/1 = no/yes
  Pretty much non-US, doesn't keep traffic logs long term, doesn't share with NSA(?)

• Column L: Speed if K was yes, 0 means n/a

• Column M: Monthly price if K was yes, bought annually.

• Column N: Free trial if K was yes?

Free free to make a copy and mess around with it. So if it has numbers, look for one that has a trial and a price and speed you like.

I MN 2 servers for lab work, one is running WinServer2012 with OS SSD + 8TB storage, the other server is running VMs, one being Win7Pro. All traffic on that VM routed through IBVPN - downloads the torrents to the shared drive on the WinServer. My PlexMediaServer then reads all that and all is good. Only thing I have to do is start a couple of torrents and leave it! :D

Check what actual VPN technology IBVPN is using. There are three common ones, IPSEC, OpenVPN and PPTP. Good VPN providers usually support both IPSEC and OpenVPN so if your router supports one then you are set. If your provider only supports PPTP get a different one, it is not secure.

Powerline is not 500 Mbps, it only claims to be. Most "500 Mbps" powerline adapters only have 100 Mbit Ethernet ports on them because they know they can't actually get even close to the claimed speeds. In most cases the speed will be well under even 100 Mbps.

Hardwiring is good, but powerline is NOT hardwiring in the slightest. It is far more like WiFi in how it actually operates, only electrical cables have far less usable bandwidth then the wireless bands through air.

Go online, sign up for IBVPN and just turn it on to hide your downloading and turn it off when you are just surfing the web.

just fyi, i just switched to IBVPN for torrenting and the speeds are crazy slow, so just expect to download stuff "overnight" for a few nights.

VPN works for both the website and iOS app. If yours doesn’t work it’s because its servers are blacklisted for belonging to a “server farm”. Express VPN and Mullvad VPN both work - that I know for sure. If you want to use it for free there’s something called IBVPN which offers 48h of free trial with no credit card. Still doubtful, but if I was you I would just get a free trial of a VPN and just torrent it. Just make sure your not leaking ip before downloading the torrent. Use to see. And make sure you activate network Killswitch or similar name incase VPN connection drops. Vpns with free trials without payment info that I know of is, AIRVPN, PRIVATE VPN, IBVPN, CACTUS VPN. I say this because I doubt you going to find client on site like mega or something because it's like 50gb.

Obviously a paid list. You're astute! ;)) Nothin is totally free any more, nothing. But these are pretty damn close, right? I mean, not much use complaining. You might be forced to do this with a laptop equipped with privoxy. I doubt if they have code for phones.

Try the softether protocol. IBVPN is one of the few supporting it but there are others. Shadowsocks is also worth a try.

Not allowing and not working for you are 2 different things.

I used PIA and dropped them in a week. Did not like the service. Too slow.

I ended up going with IBVPN which provides the fast DNS I need to watch iPlayer in HD. It's $50 for vpn and DNS so its worth it for me. PIA is like $35.

It doesn't matter if 0.001 kb or 1 MB, a lot of you people seem to not know how you get busted for torrenting. So here it is: You go to some website, look for a certain torrent, you download it, you upload. Well unless you just downloaded a file by someone [Law firm for big company] who wants to bust your ass, you're good to go. Your ISP gives a shit about it as long as they don't get harrassed about it, but if someone calls them or writes them a letter with a list of a few thousand IPs the ISP will then take those informations and hand it over to you, with a hefty fine or if it's your first time maybe just a warning. So remember, don't download files not by VIP members or files not verified already. And if you want to be save, use IBVPN or PIA or whatever Proxy/VPN you wanna use.
