Has varying levels from beginner to 'Elite' but it's useful.
I use and would recommend the 100% army fit app (iStore, Play Store) - both free of charge, no ads or IAPs.
Pretty decent regime, nice and simple, guided all along the way by a Soap clone if you need the extra motivation and has progression to keep you invested. Suitable for general fitness but you aren’t gonna turn out like Arnie by any means.
Doesn’t require a gym membership or any equipment, it’s all bodyweight exercises and cardio.
I don’t know if it’s available worldwide but the 100% army fit app really helped me with my strength and endurance.
Practice what you'll get tested on so lots of pressups, situps and running.
Run 3x a week (Do a 1.5 mile run, a 5-6 mile run and a HIC session)
Gym 3x a week (Pressups, Situps, Pullups, Squats, Dips etc.)
The British Army have a fitness app that is meant to be quite good, might be worth checking it out.

You are already awesome by making this choice, now try and stick to it. It's hard, really hard, but it is so worth it. Not only will your brain get healthier, but you can save so much time that could be spend doing something productive.
Some basic tips that might help you keep going, or distract you when the urge is high:
1) Exercise, a lot. Try using apps like 100% Army Fit or 0-100 Pushups Trainer and just do an exercise every time you feel an urge.
2) Use blocking software like K9 or Cold Turkey. I prefer K9 because I can block everything porn-related with a difficult and long password. I write the password down and store it somewhere so it would take me at least 5 minutes to get to.
3) Get out, meet with friends, have a drink. Just chatting with someone over the internet could be enough to distract you.
4) Read, play music.
5) Obviously, if you are not doing a NoFap challenge: masturbate/have sex.
