Pocket Tanks!? You can get it as a phone app, same as it ever was!
This wasn't a flash game, but remember Pocket Tanks? I wasted so many 8th hour study halls playing that! They have it for mobile, too, at least on Android. But it looks like it hasn't been updated in over 2 years.

Pocket Tanks - It's an old classic, also cross platform. Online is free but you can pay to buy more wacky weapons. Kind of like Worms, but with tanks!

Pocket tanks is still one of my favorites it's definitely not the best-looking scorched-earth style tank game on Android. But there are no timers no stupid loot boxes or anything you need to buy to play. There are a few added weapon pack "upgrades" that came out over the years after it launched but it still does not require you to buy them to play all day and have fun. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.blitwise.ptankshd
The Android version is flawless in every way, and completely free if you don't mind playing with only 40 weapons to choose from. The online multiplayer connects me to a random opponent within seconds, and then we can each take as much time as we like taking our turns.

I really really adore Pocket Tanks. I play on iOS, but they have an Android version as well.
