BZ Reminer does this. It'll keep reminding you every X minutes until you either snooze, reschedule, or complete the task. I really like the app, but the lack of PC app or web interface caused me to look for something else.
Sounds almost exactly like I use my reminders. BZ Reminder does all that, one of the widgets will open the keyboard to immediately enter a reminder, another widget will open microphone for voice entry. Mine is set so every reminder I add today will pop up tomorrow morning at 7 and I can dismiss or reschedule from the popup or from the notification. And there are other widgets to show the reminders that are there. I don't know if all this is in the free version, it's been a long time since I purchased. It is a one time fee though and I think it's worth the cost.
BZ Reminder looks like it can do hourly or even minutely recurring reminders, really good app if you don't need something with every bell and whistle
Yeah I too have looked for a replacement for the moment feature, nothing nearly as good. I now use BZ Reminder , you can schedule a popup for a certain time and manage your reminders for the day. I'm not sure about anydo notification but this can show a persistent notification with upcoming reminders.
A really simple app for Android is BZ Reminder. I love it because it's very non invasive, and doesn't just keep buzzing until you shut it off. It buzzes once when its time, and then every time you pick up or open the phone. That way you don't just shut it off like an alarm and forget about it. It has great options for repeats, and has made every other day or 3.5 day shots and AI and stuff very easy for me.
Alright, so I am in the exact same position as you. I need reminders to nag me. If I do not snooze it or mark it as done, I want my phone to keep alerting me. I currently have an iPhone and have an app called Due that does this absolutely perfectly.
However, I have been considering coming back to android, and Due is not available on android. So, I searched for some alternatives and here is what I found, all of which offer nagging reminders:
BZ Reminder: This one looks like it is the best to me. It has the best design, it has tabs for today, tomorrow, etc. It's fast to add reminders. Also has recurring reminders so, for example, you can set it to remind you automatically every morning to meditate at a certain time.
Reminder: Ugly as sin, shows the date (e.g. 4/8/15), although I would prefer it would just say "Today", "Tomorrow", then start showing the dates so that it would be a little more clear. I know, that's nitpicky. Works well though.
Life Reminders: Also ugly as sin, takes a few steps to set up a reminder, lots of options/fields for notes, etc. Not quite simple enough for me, but it works well. It splits up reminders under tabs such as "today", "tomorrow", "this week", which I really like. This is probably the most "robust" app if that's what you're looking for.
Simplest Reminder: Okay design. Doesn't have "today", "tomorrow", etc. tabs. It just lists the dates. Takes more steps than any of the other apps to set a quick reminder.
So, I still haven't found anything better than Due on iOS, making it difficult for me to switch back to android since reminders are by far the most important function on my phone besides texting. However, BZ Reminder comes close, and is the best option on android in my opinion.
Bonus: I was looking into windows phone too out of curiosity and the best (and perhaps only) app that meets my needs is QuickMinder. Thought I'd throw that out there.
Sometimes I hate finding such a fantastic and useful app to me because it spoils me and makes it difficult to jump between platforms.

I switched from ticktick to BZ Reminder. TickTick is really good but more extra stuff I don't need.
