Similarly, you should take a dive into Stoic philosophy. There are a lot of things in life that simply aren't fair. Some of them we can change, others we can't and just have to make peace with. Don't mean to lecture (as maybe you're already doing this), but you should really use some of that free time for self improvement. I read a book called The Slight Edge a year ago and it has changed my life for the better in every way. I don't care if you're already happy and successful, I highly suggest spending 15-20 minutes a day to read a chapter of that book. I bet when you finish you'll be motivated enough that you'll never go a day without reading 10-15 pages of a self improvement book ever again. It's been a year now and by reading 10-15 pages a day I've read The Slight Edge, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Think and Grow Rich, How to Win Friends and Influence People, and The Power of Positive Thinking. I've absorbed all the good habits, ideas and advice from those books over the course of the year and it's really become a part of who I am. It's seriously the best thing that's ever happened to me. I never thought i could be that guy who is busy all day every day, that guy who seems to have the willpower of a saint. However, just buy reading those books a little everyday with an open mind I've slowly developed into that successful guy people wish they could be.
I used to sit around watching television and playing video games with the majority of my free time too, that's sort of why I started on the rant, you sound just like me a year ago. 15-20 minutes of reading a day and you can go back to gaming/television after. I promise if you read The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson it'll change your life for the better too.

Impedence measure of body fat vary too much to be useful. Mildly dehydrate yourself -- run a 5K without water or something on a hot day. Stand on scale note measurement then drink 2 litres of gatorade and see the difference. I've seen it move more than 6% based on hydration alone.
Best is the mirror -- if your "official" bodyfat percentage is 5% and you look a little soft, then you still have further to go.
For tracking purposes use a three or five point caliper test. It will give you a calculated number but more importantly it will be easy to gauge progress. No matter what the numbers tell you if you are staying the same weight or gaining weight and the calipers measurements are going down you are losing fat. Cheap calipers are fine. No need to get the Lange caliper unless you have hundreds of dollars to burn.

Edit: Levi 541's for big quads - they make 2 kinds - 1% & 2% elastane and the difference is dramatic so make sure you check and decide what you prefer. 1% probably looks best and is decidedly heavier feeling but 2% is much more forgiving.
This whole cycle was an emotional rollercoaster to me.

Why not cheat your girlfriend/wife? Why not steal? Why not be corrupt? Why must you "be polite" to others? Why must you care about anything at all other than your wants (sex/food/entertainment/gym)?
Its all irrelevant in the end. No one will give a shit about what you did in life, after you die (fuck me, should have never read Meditations by Marcus Aurelius).

I use this cheap ass Apex pill splitter from Walmart. Cut the pills in half. Then set each half in there one at a time and split them. You get four pieces, not a perfect 6.25mg for each quarter but close enough, and you still average out to 25mg every four doses. It works great for me>>

Basically for people who don't respond well to other antidepressants ketamine can be beneficial. I respond awfully to most antidepressants or mood stabilizers, they all make me worse, but ketamine actually helps alleviate my depression. I've been using it for about 6 years now? I've had to lower my dose lately, and benzos and baclofen lower the duration of the antidepressant effects, so it isn't as effective as it once was but it still helps me quite a bit.

Thats it, one fucking study that showed it was slightly better than tamoxifen and as far as I can tell that study is now parroted on r/steroids without actually seeming to carry much weight (the difference in results seems negligible) and even in that comparison study neither groups experienced any side effects, so both tamox and ralox seem to have equally safe results when used for the short term treatment of gyno.
I think my decision makes sense. I have chosen the drug that has WAY, WAY more research done on its use on gynecomastia, and do not want to use a drug that has had only one study done even if that study points to it being slightly more effective. If there is something I'm missing here nail me to the fucking wall with information and sources, I would honestly appreciate being shown where I'm wrong in this thought process.
