One of my best sleep experiences was a basement level shared dorm. Fortunately no one was snoring when I stayed there but the biggest thing for me was it was pitch black in the room and the silence helped too.
Stick to a sleep schedule but you'll have to make sacrifices. You can sacrifice your productivity and your ability to pay bills or you can sacrifice a few hours from your evening fun.

You can tell the apps when you need to wake up and they'll give you ideal times to fall asleep. Or you can hit the button that says you want to sleep now and it will tell you when you should wake up.
