I have Beelinguapp which is pretty similar! But PIBO sounds way more beginner-friendly. I'm bummed there's no Android version. :(

There's a great app on the Google play store, if you have an Android device. It's called Beelinguapp, it gives you dual language stories with audio narration which you can turn on/off. A lot of the books available have a price, but some are free. You could try out the Beelinguapp. Most of the texts seem to be folk tales, so maybe a bit difficult if you're very much a beginner.

I'd recommend Beelinguapp if you want a German text with the English translation next to it and hearing someone read the german version. (I'm using it for Russian - English) But there's probably also German - English. Not sure if it also exists for iOS though. Here's a link: Beelinguapp on Google Play it also has songs and quizes to check your understanding of the text and a glossary for words you want to learn you can also select which subjects are interesting for you.

Not just for Spanish, but other languages to. It has a lot of free stories with a read-along function and I've found it really useful while learn Spanish.

Its hard to find for children books. Best would be if you find Grimms book but are translated identically. Maybe library?

Also, one redditor made an app Beelinguapp

It have a native reading the passage so you can use it for your child and learn the pronunciation as well :D

I'll actually have to check that out since I'm learning French. I just found it (I keep thinking it's called linguebee or something), but it's Beelinguapp
